Link Livesites: Legal Portal on Cocoon 2.1.5.1

2004-12-11 Thread David Swearingen
Website is www.duinetwork.com, which is a legal portal. It's been on the
air for about 5 months. Totally Cocoon-driven, all content resides in xml
files. Pretty simple site, but has a portal-like architecture which allows
me to re-arrange portions of the page if I care to. I've been happy with
Cocoon so far.

Re: read partial an xml file in xsp

2004-12-11 Thread Philippe Guillard
Hi,
If you want to insert all the file and the file is static (no XSP tags)
-- cinclude transformer
(http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/transformers/cinclude-transformer.html)
or xsp:include

As you say just some nodes and/or the file you include contains XSP
tags, i think you need some XSL, i suggest you make your owm XSP
logicsheet that you call from your XSP.

How to log all accesses to a postgres database with apache cocoon

2004-12-11 Thread Christoph Hermann
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-
Hash: SHA1

Hello,

as written in the Subject i want to log all Accesses to a postgres
database.
I already read
 http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/ConfiguringTheLogs
but i did not get it working.

I have a working cocoon xsp-page that makes select-statements on the
postgres database with esql, so this works fine.

Any Hints on how to get the logging (All accesses to pages in a certain
directory should be logged) to work would be appreciated.

My Problem is i don't get the JDBCTargetFactory to log anything for me.
What should i put in the logkit.xconf and what in the sitemap.xmap to
get the accesses to the pages logged?

Thanks in advance for your help
Christoph
