[libreoffice-users] Calc - SUMIF - between two date condition
Hi, I am trying to do a calculation in my LO Calc spredsheet. The function that I want to run is the following: SUMIFS($Expenses.I2:I323;$Expenses.K2:K323;"food";$Expenses.B2:B323;">=" $Incomes.A3) but get the Error:509 in the Result cell. In the I2:I323 range there are prices of goods out there. In the K2:K323 range there are names (types) of those goods out there. In the B2:B323 range there are dates of days when expenses occures out there. In the $Incomes.A3 there is the date of the day when an income occures out there. So what I want is the following. I want to sum those prices which are occured when the good was "food" but only then when that day occured at date stored in the $Incomes.A3 cell or after that date. What am I doing rong? - Best Regards from Pál -- Sent from: http://document-foundation-mail-archive.969070.n3.nabble.com/Users-f1639498.html -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy

Indeed. Mark Bourne wrote It doesn't seem to work with sheet names resembling row or cell references (e.g. 3 or AB5) - clicking the link just takes you to that row or cell on the current sheet. Indeed. Mark Bourne wrote Possibly a bug, so may be worth reporting at http://bugs.libreoffice.org/. ... As a workaround, try entering the hyperlink target as 1.A1. That takes you to cell A1 on the sheet named 1. Of course, you can use a cell other than A1 if it would help to go directly to some other cell. That 1.A1 works. OKI find what causes this behavior. Grade_CellBehavior.ods http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4061008/Grade_CellBehavior.ods In the uploaded file when one want to change the value of the AF6 cell, because of the the auto-input of Calc I get the option '16-25' that is actually a value of the AF46 cell in the Sheet itself.I find the solution: one must to switch the Tools - Cell Contents - AutoInput option.Sorry for the noise. - Best Regards from Pál -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Can-t-enter-a-number-in-a-cell-tp4060840p4061008.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
[libreoffice-users] A function doesn't work on cell whihc is a link to another cell
Hi, Grade_CellBehavior.ods http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4061013/Grade_CellBehavior.ods In the uploaded Calc file 'Grade_CellBehavior.ods' the column AE and BH are just simple cells with number values. The Sheet '1.' in this file is a sheet from another, bigger Calc file ( called here 'file1' ) in which I have such sheets for every pupil. I have also a Calc file 'file2' in which I have too such columns, as AE and BH, but cells in these columns are not just cells with number values, but links for 'file1'. So, in the school I fill out the cells in the 'file1' file, come home, copy the 'file1' into approppriate directory, open the 'file2' Calc file and get the values into it from 'file1' automatically. I hope this is cleare so far. As one can see in 'Grade_CellBehavior.ods' when one change the value '3' in AE6 to value '2' then the value in AD6 changes automatically to value !?. This shows me that that a teacher closed the grade for that Subject badly. But this doesn't work in the 'file2', because eg. the value in AE6 is not just a number, but a value that we get is a link from 'file1'. I hope this is clear. How can I solve this to works in the 'file2' too? - Best Regards from Pál -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/A-function-doesn-t-work-on-cell-whihc-is-a-link-to-another-cell-tp4061013.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

[libreoffice-users] Automatically increasing next value by 2 in cells
Hi, I have a Spreadsheet in which I must fill many cells with numbers so so every next cell contain a number that is bigger then the previous number by two. However, these cells aren't neither side by side nor one underneath another and are in pair (see the uploaded example file). Moreover I have divers for these cells, so every kind of these cells must increasing it's number by two separately from other kind of cells. In the example ods file uploaded here one can see for example that that the cell by '5c' cell in the first instance has value '1' and to the right of this cell there is another '5c' cell that has value '2'. In the raws bellow somewhere are another pair of '5c' cells by which these values are increased by 2: the first is '3' and the second is '4'. And there are other kind of cells, like '5a', '5b', '6a', '6b', '6c', etc. too that must be increased in the next instance by 2. How can I achieve that that the value of these cells get increased automatically by 2? http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n3660431/AutomaticallyIncreasingCellsValues.ods AutomaticallyIncreasingCellsValues.ods - Best Regards from Pál -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Automatically-increasing-next-value-by-2-in-cells-tp3660431p3660431.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: users+h...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
