Then, download Fedora 64bit, then start it. You'll have to tell the installer to remove all existing partitions, and create new ones. If you have your /home directory on a separate partition (which is the default arrangement) then you won't lose your personal files or configs. I don't know you went about installingor what desktop you'd prefer as your primary But for a fresh install with the standard Gnome (workstation) desktop you'd want to download from https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/ and pick the appropriate link. You can have the choice of downloading a Live image or a Net-Install image. With the live image you then do an install to disk an you get the released version of all the packages. After you're up and running there will be updates to install. With the net install version, when you do the install the process downloads the most recent versions of the packages being installed. FWIW, I've never heard of an easy method to take a 32-bit installation to a 64-bit installation. So, it is best to "start over". -- Fedora Users List - The place to go to speculate endlessly signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature ___ users mailing list -- users@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to users-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org
