[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.11 - Debian Wheezy - libmysqlclient

2015-03-24 Thread leo
Hello:

I'm trying to install opensips 1.11 from the Official OpenSIPS Debian/Ubuntu
repository (APT i386/amd64) (by Dynamic Packet OpenSIPS Solutions) -
http://apt.opensips.org (deb http://apt.opensips.org/ stable111 main) in a
Debian Wheezy x64 but I'm finding a dependency problem regarding the
libmysqlclient.

Opensips installation requires libmysqlclient16 (that is it for
squeeze/mysql 5.1) and in wheezy there is libmysqlclient18 (mysql 5.5).

Is this just a package dependencies error or Opensips really requires mysql
5.1?

Thanks a lot,

Leo.

Re: [OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.11 - Debian Wheezy - libmysqlclient

2015-03-24 Thread Răzvan Crainea

Hi, Leo!

No, there is no requirement for OpenSIPS to run with a specific mysql
library version (client or server). I think this dependency is too
strict, libmysqlclient18 should work without any issues.

I will replace the dependency with the meta-package libmysqlclient.

[OpenSIPS-Users] set_advertised_address suspected bug 1.9

2015-03-24 Thread Terrance Devor
Hello Everyone,

We are using Opensips 1.9.x and seeing that set_advertised_address is not
changing the recoird route within the on_reply route. What we are trying to
do
is change the record route for internal vs. external signalling. Is it not
possible
to change the advertised address within the on_reply_route?

Kind Regards,

Terrance.

[OpenSIPS-Users] opensips 1.9 error (I know it's very generic)

2015-03-24 Thread bluerain
I don't know how to describe the issue. But we've been running on 1.9 for
years without any issue. Lately, it start acting up weird. My setup is
that I am using opensips as the signalling gateway and behind it, the
asterisk as media gateway. So lately, asterisk would suddenly deem opensips
to be down because I guess it is not getting response on SIP OPTION query
back from opensips. But when I run fifo commands on opensips, it looks to
be ok. But then if I send an INVITE, I get nothing back.

I am not sure if anyone has this type of experience (yes I know this sound
very generic), but any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Syslog looks normal with the typical errors in them, nothing POP out of
it that I can see.

Below is a few lines from my syslog:
