Re: [OpenSIPS-Users] relaying opensips with another sip server

2012-05-30 Thread azza miled
the two servers are running in separate physical machines. They are
connected via an ethernet network. the ngrep command I'am using is "ngrep
-p -q -W byline host IP_address_of_the_other_server". I don't have any port
mirroring setup. the problem that I don't get that well. The mechanism of
the port mirroring must be installed in the other server, right???

Re: [OpenSIPS-Users] relaying opensips with another sip server

2012-05-29 Thread azza miled
First of all, thanks for the response. I made my opensips listen to the same
port of the other server

listen=udp:my_IP_Addres:7003
listen=tcp:my_IP_Addres:7003

I restarted OpenSIPS after that, and I used ngrep to detect traffic.
But my server still does not detect any traffic coming from the other
server.

[OpenSIPS-Users] queuing call

2012-05-23 Thread azza miled
Hi!
I want to manage queuing call with opensips. I was googling and I found
that OpenSIPS is not meant to do this. I have to manage a call center using
OpenSIPS so it's very important to do queuing. If any one have any idea: a
start point, a module, a discussion forum that could help, I will be very
grateful.

[OpenSIPS-Users] avpops and oracle

2012-05-21 Thread azza miled
Hi!
My opensips server is related to a local mysql database. I want to relay it
to an external oracle data base. I do the following, I load the db_oracle
module and in opensips.cfg modparam("avpops", "db_url",
"oracle://username:password@hostname/dbname). The strange thing is that
when I do restart opensips it restarts and I have the pid number. But
actually is not working and my cleints could not register. the login
parameter to oracle database are correct, coz when I use sqlplus, I can
login. Please, any help. I spent two days in this step and no result ://
Thanks a lot

Re: [OpenSIPS-Users] load balancing and Proxy authntication required

2012-05-14 Thread azza miled
Hi,
thanks for the response
I am trying to route calls for a call center. the call must be routed for
any available opensips' user and routing must offer load balancing between
users( call center agents). So my destination set for the load balancing
are the softphones of my users. The the , problem, now, is not
the authentication but is that the call still be routed to the user "1002"
and not to users that I set their sip uri in the destination set.
If you have any idea about this, I will be very grateful.

[OpenSIPS-Users] Impossible to make a call

2012-03-13 Thread azza miled
Hi!
I installed Opensips_vm_1.7 on vmware workstation and two sip phone on my
physical machine. I am using the original opensips.cfg, I just added the
two users on the domain test.com. Sip phones are enreigtered but when I try
to make a call, I can't even press the green button that we use for
dialing. In the x lite phone I get this error message"call failed: invalid
destination" and in the 3 CX phone "not implemented".
I'm just starting with opensips so, Can any one help, please??
