You are right. I have attached the modified files. I modified maven.bat file to include NetComponents-1.3.8.jar in the classpath. I placed NetComponents.jar in the MAVEN_HOME/lib directory. You are right. After, I modified the maven.bat file to make sure the NetComponents.jar is included in the classpath (I had assumed that if I placed the jar file in the maven_home/lib dir, it would automatically be included in the classpath) it started working.
