Maven fails while trying to get opensaml:opensaml and bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk13 and tries to get them from ws.zones.apache.org. WSS4J 1.5.4 used the wrong groupId for Opensaml (opensaml instead of org.opensaml). It was fixed in WSS4J 1.5.5. The JDK1.3 BouncyCastle dependency is not in Maven Central, but it was removed as part of WSS4J 1.5.5. Colm.
