Hallo Matthias,

Ein Backup vor einer Installation kann nie schaden  
Kopiere Dir z.B. den Ordner "OpenOffice" aus "c:\program files (x86) woanders 
hin. Dann hast Du zur Not noch die alten Programmdateien.

Technical you can't change the colour of a font, but you can change the colour 
of a
paragraph or character.  There are different ways how you can set these colours,

Import swf as an object or plugin in Open Office 4.1.2

I've just installed Open Office 4.1.2, and it keeps giving me an error when I 
try add a swf as plugin.

It tells me to start installation again and choose repair, but same thing 
happens over and over.

Error message: The component (com.sun.star.plugin.PluginManager) couldn't be 
read, start installation again and choose repair.

The methoed worked fine in Open Office 3, so maybe you can help me with that?


Secondly: In Open Office 3 after adding the swf as plugin in a textdocument, 
and then exported it as PDF,
the SWF is not showned in the PDF (instead it just shows the image of a plugin).

Dont know if thats and issue with Open Office or Acrobat Reader?

Zum Vorgang:
Ich hatte eine "Excel-Datei für Banking mit Tabellenkalkulation."
Ich komme an die Daten nicht mehr ran über Office Starter 2010, so dass
ich ratlos bin. Alle Versuche ohne Erfolg.
Dann stieß ich auf ApacheProgramm und rief  einen Kalkulationsbogen auf,
den ich begann mit Daten neu zu erstellen.
Zur Zwischenkontrolle wollte ich ausdrucken. Geht aber nicht. Kommt
Text:"Prüfung auf druckrelevantes Dokument".
Das sagte mir nichts, daher meine Anfragen, um doch letztlich  meine
Daten drucken zu können.
Ich bin ein Oldy und kein Fachmann. Falls Sie einen Rat zu beiden
Vorgängen haben ... endlos dankbar.

According to the web site, there was an announcement about v4.1.2 on
Oct. 28.  Sure sounds like it's still being developed to me.

www.openoffice.org and follow the links.  Other sites may cause you
problems or take your money.

Sehr geehrtes Team!

Mitten bei meinem arbeiten, an der Datei (Writer)  
in der ich Einzelbilder von Videoclips einbrachte und Schwierigkeiten damit 
hatte, wurde plötzlich der Inhalt, meiner Aufzeichnung gelöscht, nur die 
leere Datei konnte wieder geöffnet werden! die ich nach langem Versuch, den 
Inhalt wieder herzustellen, aus "Wut" dann auch löschte!

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die gesammte Datei wieder herzustellen?

Wäre auf einer Antwort von Ihnen, sehr dankbar!

Probleme mit Update OpenOffice auf Version 4.1.2

Hallo, an wen das auch immer geht,

ich mache hier zum ersten Mal eine Anfrage und bitte daher, Fehler bei 
der vorgesehenen Kommunikationsform zu entschuldigen bzw. mich hier 
gegebenenfalls zu korrigieren.


Ich benutze seit vielen Jahren OpenOffice, zur Zeit OpenOffice, 4.1.1 
(AOO411m6(Build:9775)  -  Rev. 1617669 2014-08-13 09:06:54 (Mi, 13 Aug 
2014)). Als Betriebssystem habe ich auf dem Rechner, auf dem das Problem 
auftaucht, Windows 7 Professional, SP1.
Ich versuche, wie ich das über die Jahre gewohnt bin, OpenOffice auf dem 
neuesten Stand zu halten. OO zeigt an, dass eine neue Version zur 
Verfügung steht: "OpenOffice 4.1.2 ist verfügbar."
Nach dem Anklicken des Update-Symbols erscheint im eigenen Fenster von 
OO der Text:

"Staus:
Die installierte Version ist OpenOffice 4.1.1.
Hinweis: Bevor Sie ein Update  herunterladen, vergewissern Sie sich, 
dass Sie die benötigten Rechte zur Installation haben. habe ich>
Ein Kennwort, normalerweise das eines Administrators oder das Root 
Kennwort, könnte erforderlich sein.

Beschreibung:
Das automatische Herunterladen des Updates ist momentan nicht verfügbar.
Klicken Sie auf 'Herunterladen...', um OpenOffice 4.1.2 manuell von der 
Webseite herunterzuladen."
Nach Anklicken Button: "Herunterladen" erscheint Webseite mit "Apache 
OpenOffice 4.1.2 ist verfügbar"
Nach Anklicken von Menüpunkt "Ich möchte OpenOffice herunterladen" kommt 
Webseite mit Menüpunkt "Herunterladen: Vollinstallation". Die 
Einstellungen darüber sind "Windows (EXE)", "Deutsch", "4.1.2". -> 
Anklicken "Herunterladen: Vollinstallation", es erscheint das 
Downloadfenster für die Installationsdatei mit folgenden Meldungen:
"Der Herausgeber konnte nicht verifiziert werden. Möchten Sie diese 
Software ausführen?

Name: OpenOffice_4.1.2_Win_x86_install_de.exe
Herausgeber: Unbekannter Herausgeber
Typ: ...
Von: 
Button: "Ausführen""
-> ein neues Fenster mit der Meldung: "Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für 
OpenOffice entschieden haben." -> Button: "Weiter" -> Fenster mit Ordner 
auswählen erscheint -> Desktop -> Meldung: "Benötigter Speicherplatz: 
159,5 MB, Vorhandener Speicherplatz: 117,6 GB -> Button: "Entpacken" -> 
Neues Fenster mit Meldung: "Dekomprimiere cab-Dateien" oder so ähnlich 
erscheint nur ganz kurz, dann verschwindet das Fenster.

Das war es. Keine weiteren Meldungen, kein Update, nichts.
Was kann ich weiter versuchen? Was ist an weiteren Infos notwendig 
(Firewall, Virenscanner, ???). Ich tappe etwas im Dunkeln. Wer hat eine 
Idee?
