One way to do it: Format Page… Sheet Tick the box next to Grid OK Another way to do it is to: Format Cells… Borders …and define the borders around cells which can be of varying thicknesses, colors, spacing to content, or even shadowed. That isn't correct James. The grid lines can be printed by ticking the right box in Page Set Up. I can't give you the full procedure as at the moment as I haven't time to run through it. But if someone else doesn't come up with the answer I'll do it later.Alan. In the Help under grids > displaying lines (Calc) it says: choose Format - Page - Sheet and mark the Grid checkbox.
