This is OO.o 2.0 on WinXP+SP2.

The Help About thing doesn't get more specific about the version number.

Perhaps you should update from your 2.0 version.

There was one early version of Calc, 2.02 maybe, that was published in 
error without the help files.  If that is your problem, updating to a 
recent release should fix the problem.
