We all have at least two calendars. The problem show up in that way that
we do not see all of our calendars. In my case, I have the standard
calendar and a calendar called Test. After updateing I only get the Test
calendar.

Even disabling the CalDAV calendar in the settings menu and reactivating
it, does not solve the problem.

I waited for 1.3.9, as the problem arised with an earlier version. But
today I upgraded to 1.3.9 and the problem persists.

I've upgraded to 1.3.9 as well and am still having problems with calendars on
iOS 5. I had problems on iOS 4 too, but once I hid all the calendars and then
unhid them they would all appear. The same trick does not work for me on iOS 5
even after the upgrade.

Update all SOPE packages. You likely have old SOPE packages installed
because you tried a nightly build in the past.

yum update did not update some sope packages (old versions were higher
than the new one). Please check each sope package if it is up to date. I
had this too and there were two sope packages missing to be updated.

[SOGo] Thunderbird 7.1 + Lightning 1.0b7

2011-11-01 Thread Peter Peltonen
Hi,

I have just installed my first SOGo (version 1.3.9-2) on a CentOS6
server by using yum.

I had succesfully installed my SOGo calendar to iCal with the URL
http://myserver/SOGo/dav/myusern...@domain.dom

Now I wanted to see if I could see my calendar using TB 7.1 with the
Ligthning Calendar Add-On on Mac OSX.

The calendar is installed using CalDAV format (using the same URL as
in iCal) as a "remote" calendar without any errors in Lightning, but I
do not see any calendar entries even if I choose "Reload Remote
Calendars". On the server I see a continuous flow of messages like
this in sogo.log:

localhost - - [01/Nov/2011:18:32:21 GMT] "PROPFIND
/SOGo/dav/myusern...@domain.dom/ HTTP/1.1" 207 831/223 0.004 - - 0
localhost - - [01/Nov/2011:18:32:21 GMT] "OPTIONS /SOGo/dav/ HTTP/1.1"
200 0/0 0.003 - - 0

which stops only if I quit Thunderbird.

After starting TB+Ligthning again I see a warning sign next to the
SOGo calendar which tooltip says "The calendar SOGo test is
momentarily not available". If I do "Reload Remote Calendars", the
tooltip goes away, but nothing happens and the messages start coming
to the sogo.log again.

Questions:

- Is the new TB + Ligthning combination supported at all or is the
only combination that works the modified 3.x one that Inverse
provides?
- If it is (for at least viewing the calendar), can you give me a hint
what is wrong with my setup?

Best regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,

We run Thunderbird 3.1.x. We only install the frontends for Lightning
Inverse and SOGo Connector and tie into our mail server directly. You
can see on http://www.sogo.nu/english/downloads/frontends.html that the
Thunderbird versions listed are 3.1 and 2.0.

We've had a few users accidentally upgrade to 7.0 which forced us to
rollback their version.

Hope this helps.

I understand that with the version Inverse offers I can have all kinds
of extra features. Unfortunately I probably will not be able to
influence the version of TB the users will be using.

So is it really so, that even the basic functionality won't work with
TB + Ligthining (viewing / creating events)?

You can create events and view them with Thunderbird 7 and corresponding
lightning. But Sogo connector doesnt work, so you cannot use remote

You can subscribe to users' calendars - you just need to add the
calendar manually (from Thunderbird's GUI) and use the proper DAV

Re: [SOGo] Thunderbird 7.1 + Lightning 1.0b7

2011-11-01 Thread Brendan Murtagh
We're not stressing too much about an accidental upgrade. It's not the
end of the world and only about 20% of our users are probably running
Thunderbird. Our organization/IT is going through a positive
transformation to hopefully allow us to implement OS/Patch management
for our workstations that will implement application and version control
to all of our locations. It is late to arrive, but at least its in
process :)

Our mail server includes a GroupWare service so TB 3.1.9 + Lightning
Inverse + SOGO Connector work well. Ideally, since TB 7.x is out I'd
like to see support for it, but its not a deal-breaker.

We simply add both add-ons, create remote calendars and remote address
books using the Card/CalDAV URLs

This was the answer I expected and the exact thing I tried to do, but
which failed (see my original post).

Is perhaps my DAV location URL somehow wrong? The one I used was the
same I used with Mac's iCal:

http://myserver/SOGo/dav/myusern...@domain.dom

And what about the sogo.log being flooded with messages, is that
normal, even if one has wrong settings?

Best,
Peter

any hints?
I can't reproduce this. Turn on "MySQL4DebugEnabled" and show us the
output when you mark the task as completed (or not).

Is that a Sogo config attribute ? or in MySQL ?

Julian

Re: [SOGo] Re: Centos 5 sogo update 1.3.9

2011-11-01 Thread Khapare Joshi
Hello Ludovik and Francis,

Thanks for your help. I removed all the installed packages. Removed all the
SOGo reference in /user/GNUstep. Fresh install the SOGo with all my
existing config both apache/sogo and .gnustep. Hurra, almighty all worked
back to normal. Francis you are right about those .wox old installations.

Now, I am ready to update our production one.

Once again, thanks for your great support.

KH

Re: [SOGo] Complete Task results in error with 1.3.9

2011-11-01 Thread kornack
I have the same error message after the update to version 1.3.9.

I did what Julian suggested and set the MySQL debug parameter
"MySQL4DebugEnabled".

I tried to change a task from thunderbird and found the faulty SQL statement in
the sogo logs. From there I tried to carry out the same SQL statement on the
mysql command line and got the following error message:

mysql> UPDATE sogokornackt001798bb9ae_quick SET c_partstates = '', c_orgmail =
'', c_uid = 'c2b967d7-e7f1-4a58-8a7a-36f1b797826d', c_sequence = 1, c_category
= 'Server', c_nextalarm = 0, c_title = 'GLSA', c_classification = 0, c_location
= '', c_name = 'c2b967d7-e7f1-4a58-8a7a-36f1b797826d.ics', c_component =
'vtodo', c_iscycle = NO, c_enddate = null, c_priority = 0, c_status = 2,
c_isopaque = NO, c_startdate = null, c_isallday = NO WHERE c_name =
'c2b967d7-e7f1-4a58-8a7a-36f1b797826d.ics';
ERROR 1054 (42S22): Unknown column 'NO' in 'field list'

Suggestions welcome!
