[SOGo] Activesync Outlook 2013
Hi, I am using SOGo 2.2.4 with activesync with Outlook 2013. Folders with large amount of email do not show any email at all (18k+ messages) sync is set to all mail. There are no apparent errors in log file, I have adjusted SxVMemLimit and WoWorkersCount to fix errors that were showing up earlier. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Other issue seems to be that Global Address Book seems to be unavailable for Outlook when using ActiveSync. Is this expected? Thanks and Best Regards Martin Šimovič NETSON s.r.o. [SOGo] Process sogod 100% cpu
Hello, Our service sogo crashes several times a day (process 100% cpu, pid has-been hanging in the same request for ...). If I stop the process and restarts sogo works fine (so I concluded that it is not a resource problem - ldap, imap, case: no error on these servers - ). Here is our configuration: VM: sogo server 2.2.3-1 centos 6.5 (8cpu 8GB) CAS, LDAP, IMAP/SIEVE postgres different servers Nrb potential USERS: 1500 Sogo configuration: /etc/sysconfig = prefork = 12 /etc/sogo/sogo.conf WOListenQueueSize = 64; SxVMemLimit = 600; ... Do you have any idea? I watched with gdp -p : I have nothing particular to (I'm not a specialist gdb) Thank you for your help. Cordially. Jacques-- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

Absolutly, I'm on high-speed connection and the attachment is very small (~100ko) so the problem isn't from the upload. And the point is the firefox popup-window is dead, I'm unable to close the windows through sogo buttoms. I can close it through OS buttom. The very strange point is : With my account I got this bug on every OS/browser and on every attachment. But with another account I don't have this bug. Thanks for your help. Regards. [SOGo] Issue with SOGoMailComposeMessageType
Hi there, We are attempting to implement a “sogo-tool”-based corporate signature. And, unfortunately I am having a fairly major issue with the SOGoMailComposeMessageType setting. For a few random users, even with SOGoMailComposeMessageType set as “html” in sogo.conf, they are still unable to select “HTML” instead of “Plain Text” in their settings from certain computers. It is like it is enforced as “Plain Text”. Our HTML-based signature looks great for most users. But for others, we can’t get the compose type to be set no matter what we do. It is always as “Plain Text”. If I log in as the same user on my system (same environment), the compose message type is somehow HTML. I really don’t know what the problem could be. Especially considering HTML is set in the sogo.conf file. Any suggestions? Browsers in question are running IE10. Thanks again. ~Laz Peterson-- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
