Can anybody confirm successful paswordChange with SOGo 2.3.1 against OpenLDAP

Otherwise I'd report it as bug.

Re: [SOGo] Undelivered Mail return to sender - SPF Failure for domain

2015-09-16 Thread Lou Albert Laurel
When I tried to used the mxtoolbox particularly the spfrecord lookup tool.
This is what was shown:

v=spf1 mx a:smtp.pnoc.com.ph ip4:x.x.x.x/29 -all

The IP that was displayed was my old IP block, it was setup by a consultant
so I have no idea what particular file to edit to change it to our new IP.

R: R: [SOGo] sogo configuration file

2015-09-16 Thread Daniele Borini
I did,
firstly i dumped sogo con into sogo.conf file:
sudo -u sogo sogo-tool dump-defaults > /etc/sogo/sogo.conf

then i changed something into /etc/sogo/sogo.conf file like WOWorkersCount
from 10 to 11 and WOLogFile from sogo.log to sogoo.log.
restarting sogo with /etc/init.d/sogo restart
checked running sogo configuration with sudo -u sogo sogo-tool dump-defaults
but nothing changed from the original configuration.

The GNUstep defaults is for the old version of SOGo.
The SOGo webmin module is changing settings in the old place, in the
"GNUstep defaults" location.
The new versions of SOGo use /etc/sogo/sogo.conf text file.
Assuming you're using a recent version of SOGo, this should explain why your
settings seem to be having no effect.
You need to edit the file /etc/sogo/sogo.conf !
Try and reply to the list with your results.

Re: [SOGo] Upcoming v3 beta 2

2015-09-16 Thread mourik jan heupink

Looks have improved very much. :-)

However... we would like the module selection (mail / calendar /
addressbook / etc) to always be visible, instead of hidden under a kind
of 'menu button'.

(plus there still seems to be a lot of unused 'white space' between
everything, but perhaps that is intentional..?)

It's the zone file for your internet domain, which you probably don't

Just to follow up, there does indeed appear to be a limit. This user has
been creating calendar events since July 2009 so I would imagine there are
quite a few events. I'm not sure of what the limit is, but as soon as I
remove the oldest events, the iPhone began syncing again. Note that this
limit does not appear to apply to the Apple desktop apps, only the iPhone
itself.

You can go into the calendar and list All events and then manually delete,
but it is slow going as the system only seems to delete events when you
select a smaller number at one time. Also, you are always worried about
removing a repeating event. It would be nice to have sogo-tool parse these
events and remove everything earlier than a certain date with the exception
of a repeating event that has not yet expired.

Hello Daniele,

If you look at the Installation Guide, Upgrading section, page 61

http://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGo%20Installation%20Guide.pdf

"2.0.5

See if that works. Reply back to list with results.

Update Lightning to a 4.0.2.1 build (which fixes the underlying
problem), restart Thunderbird, then fix the problem calendars by
changing one (or both) of the Prefs in the config editor (filter on
'calendar.reg', then find the calendar, and change .disabled (and

[SOGo] Web-Login not working after upgrading to 2.3.2

2015-09-16 Thread Peter Beck
Hi there,

i've just updated to SOGo 2.3.2 on Debian Jessie 8.2 (Stable) and now I
am unable (with any user) to log into the web interface. Thunderbird and
EAS are still working with the same user accounts, no errors there.
I have a multi-domain setup and none of the domains (all connected to
the same samba4-dc/ldap) is able to login. I've tested differnt browsers
on different systems (Iceweasel, Firefox, Epiphany and Internet Explorer).

There are some other mailing list entries [1], but none of them could
solve my problem (neither restarting sogo/memcached) and I think my
settings are correct as they were working until the upgrade to 2.3.2

The log is telling me first "sucessful login" but then fails...

Anybody else with similar issues or knowledge how to solve ?

Unless you forgot to copy/paste it, your authentication source is
missing the IDFieldName parameter. That will result in unexpected behaviors.

Hi Ludovic,

thanks for the fast response.

I didn't had the IDFieldName set until now and it was working.
But after adding "IDFieldName = mail;" (also tried sAMAccountName) to
each domain and restart memcached and sogo I still get the same error.

Strange to me is also that Thunderbird and EAS are working with or
without the IDFieldName set.

Any other hints ?

Regards
Peter

On top of my head, not really. Try to delete all sessions from the table
specified by OCSSessionsFolderURL (/etc/sogo/sogo.conf), restart
memcached and give it an other try.

It's not enabled in the demo. User must be a "super user" (SOGoSuperUsernames)
to be able access the administration module.

Indeed. This is a work in progress. And the Angular Material team focuses on
Chrome so issues with other browsers are usually fixed a bit later.
