[SOGo] proxy error
Hello, sometimes after a lontime sogo crashed. I get the proxy error when I try to login into SOGo. I don't think so. With thunderbird I can access very well to my emails also the Drafts folder. [SOGo] Preferences save Proxy error
Hello, I have installe SOGo on CentOS with MySQL. All works but when I go to the Preferences I can change something but when I want to save this I get a Proxy Error but the things that I changed will be saved. Can someone help me? Jeff When I was having that problem after removing the stale sope packages (and sogo by dependency), when I reinstalled I found (with Ludovic's help) that the sogo user was removed and recreated with a new userid (from 5007 to 5013). My sogo log directory (/var/log/sogo) was created with a owner of sogo, but all the log files were created with a owner of 5007 (old sogo user), so new sogo couldn't open the logfile. I was seeing the same you are... sogod terminating immediately after starting and leaving a stale pid. I would also see the following line in /var/log/messages: sogod[some number] unable to get status of descriptor 2 - Bad file descriptor Do you see that, as well? Anyway, the fix for me was to chown all the log files in /var/log/sogo to sogo user (not by number). I suppose you could also delete all the log files there if you don't need to see them. I had to remove the following packages by hand: - sope49-gdl1-contentstore - sope49-ical - sope49-cards This remove sogo as well (dependency). After install sogo again I got new sope-card and sope-gdl1-contentstore files. Old versions were 1.3_20110726 (ical was even older: 4.9-20100721). new Versions are 1.3.9-2 so they match the one from sogo package. sope-ial seems no longer be needed. Normaly when I add a new user I have to ascribe the mail folger sent, drafts and trash to the SOGo mailboxes but when I delete a user and add againt I don't have to do that. It is a bug? Hello, I use em client (http://www.emclient.com/) instead of Thunderbird. [SOGo] MySQL Authentication
Hello, i use SOGo with MySQL and the Authentication with MySQL. All works but the column "mail" are not used from SOGo. The email adress from the user is every time the username and the SOGoMailDomain from the SOGo ".GNUstepDefaults". It is dosn't metter when i set another email adress for this user.
