I don't have this option :-( lightning 1.9 on TB 17 and inverse addon
17 version

2012-12-04 Thread Alex Garcia
I have experimented some annoying troubles with a couple of events since
I have updated to the new Thunderbird version.
I was unable to dismiss an event or even delete it. All points to a
problem with offline support.

Disabling the offline support the evil events do not appear anymore.

I hope this help and sorry for my bad English.

I confirm that I had the exact same problem and you just helped me fix ;-)

I've followed this procedure:
* uncheck the offline mode in thrunderbird (agenda properties)
* discard the even alarm
* check again the offline mode

Thanks,
Thibault

Right-click your calendar name in Thunderbird, and choose properties.
Then uncheck the offline mode support (I translated it from French to
English so the property name will be different).

[SOGo] Calendar reload and TB freeze

2012-11-30 Thread Alessio Fattorini
I have Thunderbird ESR 17 with 17 version plugin (on ubuntu) and sogo
1.3.18 (on centos)
I have 14 calendars on my list and every time lightning reloads
calendars TB freeze. I see this behaviour in past version, it seems a
lightning problem
I see that i can change reload time for every calendar (like set
manually) but is not useful, can i set a default time reload for all
calendars? Like 60 min

Is there a possibility that calendar reload doesn't freeze TB?
Thanks

I've noticed the same thing while testing too. While there is a bit of
delay in TB 10/Lightning 1.2, it appears much more pronounced in TB
17/Lightning 1.9 -- enough to temporarily stop characters being typed
into a new mail. I'd also appreciate hearing any workarounds or advice.
