*Primary Duties and Responsibilities *

· Drive activities required for the successful execution of the
testing phase of projects assigned to the Enterprise Quality
Management(EQM) organization.

· Produce a daily status report that reflects the status and
progress of testing for the current release.  This includes producing
metric reports for defects and test execution as well as pursuing
additional details for critical issues.

· Prepare accurate and succinct presentations and reports for
management to present the status of EQM to other directors and executives.

· Observe, compare, and monitor data to report accurate status with
EQM process standards.

· Review and analyze project health indicators and follow-up with
test leads, project managers, development and management regarding any
warning signs for projects.

· Determine release readiness and engage in post release analysis
for root cause of defects found during deployment, project wrap-up
activities and cleanup.

· Produce analysis and metrics for executive ad hoc requests.



*Functional/Technical Skills *

· Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained by closely
monitoring the progress of the testing efforts.

· Must have good planning skills and the ability to document plans,
schedules, milestones and key project testing metrics

· Must have the ability to analyze information and make sound
decisions on when to escalate issues.

· Use Quality Center to analyze and track data

· Provide input to process improvements that decrease turnaround
times and streamline work processes.

· Requires highly developed skills for detail analysis, efficiency,
