Contractor will work with Bureau of Information Technology staff, and Identified program area personnel, to convert existing authorization and facility based document templates to a new platform. The new Document Generator is based on the Open XML standard format, and utilizes Microsoft Word content controls. The data source for the document generation process will be an xml file. The content controls in the document template will contain an xpath statement which points to the xml file, and retrieve a piece of data, evaluate a condition, or select a set of elements to repeat. After successfully converting the old documents, the contractor will transition to developing queries for new internal and external SSRS reports for the Water Management System (WMS) Project. This will be accomplished by reviewing existing reports that are to be consolidated and re-written against the new data structures in the Oracle Database Management System.
