Re: Expand Icon in Lion off screen
Thanks. Going to the non-Mac Appstore version fixed my problem. Giving a free purchase was the right way to do this...great customer service. I've already sent this to David, but in case anyone else comes across this thread, to switch from the Mac App Store version to direct download, send an email to supp...@blackpixel.com with your Mac App Store purchase receipt for Versions (only Apple has access to your purchase information) and we'll switch you over. If you don't have a copy of your Mac App Store receipt, here's an Apple support article with instructions for locating it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 Jack the Versions team versionsapp.com @versionsapp On Friday, July 27, 2012 4:44:07 AM UTC-7, David Storms wrote: > > Wow I didn't notice it was pulled from the store. Wow I didn't notice it was pulled from the store. Did the sandboxing requirement do this? I certainly want the latest update. What purchase details do you need? The receipt from iTunes? Re: Expand Icon in Lion off screen
I don't see the same behavior here, on Lion. I tried reproducing by creating very long folder names, and resizing the bookmark panel, but it behaves as expected. So the first question is, are you using the latest version: 1.1.10 Build 1029? If you purchased from the Mac App Store, then you'll need to switch to our direct download version as it's no longer on the Mac App Store. Send a copy of your purchase details to supp...@blackpixel.com and we'll take care of that. If you are on the latest version, then it's still a good idea to email us. It may help to get a full screenshot, too. Jack the Versions team versionsapp.com @versionsapp On Friday, May 25, 2012 7:37:54 AM UTC-7, David Storms wrote: > > See the image. Re: Expand Icon in Lion off screen
Strange. I have had Versions running with Lion for a while now and do not see this behavior. On May 25, 2012, at 7:37 AM, David Storms wrote: > See the image.
