[VFB] Damsels and Dragons Swap 2012
Okay here is the particulars on this swap. Tie X (TBD) flies either a nymph or dry representation of a Damselfly or Dragonfly (plan on 12 each, but if there is enough interest I will make two swap groups) Fly hook size from 12 to 4 Please toe tag all flies At least one set will go to Casting for Recovery or other deserving group so don't expect your pattern back. Just figured out my Monday post did not go through to the list(s) Anyway I received Chucks flies in the mail this weekend and I am still waiting on a couple sets for both groups to complete the swap. I plan on waiting till this weekend for the missing sets and sending them out on Monday. If you can't wait let me know and I will get yours headed your way immediately. I also need to know which Charity you would like the extra set sent to? Casting for Recovery http://castingforrecovery.org/ or Project Healing Waters http://www.projecthealingwaters.org/ I will probably end up sending flies to both because of the wonderful donation of flies from Chuck Alexander. Since my salt water club has been working with CFR the last five years, including acting as, in this case, lake guides for their retreat in South Jersey. I would favor the flies going to Casting for Recovery. Most of the Group One flies went out yesterday, I still have a couple that I have to take through the post office, Ashley's and Rene's and one more that I can't remember for sure who's it was off hand (old age creepin up on me) due to customs forms or need of postage.
