[videoblogging] Re: p.s., deduct your video equip $$ on your taxes
It might be better to form an LLC for your business. Operating as a sole proprietor that loses money sometimes looks just like a hobby to the IRS. here is a bit of information on both entity types http://aridni.com/2007/01/the-lowdown-on-the-llp-and-the-llc-for-any-company/ http://aridni.com/2007/01/the-good-the-bad-and-the-sole-proprietorship/

Sadly I have class until 12:00 and can't help out with this event. I really need to logon more often with SL. Hey Wally, I've got a PNY attache, that I've had for about two and half years and it's still working great. I've had two other ones die on me, but the PNY has taken a lot of abuse and works great. [videoblogging] Re: A video-blogging streaming-TV station?
Joan, You bet people would watch it! Take GBStv for example ( http://gbstv.info ) the majority of their stream is user created. They have hardly been around very long, but they have had over 150 people watching on the main stream at once. They have relay streams that can handle many more. And what's on it? Just crap. Random crap primarily that users made. So when we have people who already have audiences I am confident that we could do this. [videoblogging] A video-blogging streaming-TV station?
Would anybody be interested in starting up a streaming Video station that served up our vlogs? I think we could make a really cool little stream. It would go through the files and randomly serve them up. Any interest in this? Todd http://toadsoup.com Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ~--> Most low income households are not online.
