Hi Jim,
You simply submit a link. For example, if you'd like to promote you're entire
site, you would submit www.jimkukral.com with a description of what the site is
about and why you like it. Or, if you've just made a new post on your site and
you want to get the word out, you can submit the link for that individual post,
then a description of it.
A note on usage:
Once you register and get into your account profile, you will see some options
at the bottom for creating a toolbar bookmarklet. This puts a quick link on
your toolbar to make submitting sites and individual posts super easy. When
you're on a site, or reading a post, or have just published a new post, you
simply click on the bookmarklet and it will open a new browser window
displaying the VideoBlogging Review submission page. It will also grab some
information from the site you're submitting to make it as fast and easy as
possible.

I've been a member of this group for several years, but haven't really
posted too much, although I always read the posts to keep up on what's
going on.
As a web developer and avid videoblog viewer, it's sometimes
frustrating to me that finding quality videoblogs and videoblogging
related sites is sometimes difficult. With that in mind, I am working
on several videoblogging related projects with the aim of helping you,
the video producers, promote your own sites and the sites you love.
I created VideoBlogging Review to help, I hope that you'll find it

The basic idea is that you can make submissions of sites that you find
interesting or useful, and you can vote up the submissions. It's based
on the Digg social bookmarking idea and created using Pligg.
This site is brand new and I encourage any of you that use it to
report back anything you think that doesn't work right.
