[videoblogging] where is blip tv?
Hi I have been a basic member of blip tv for a few weeks, i upgraded to pro account today and thus far they have taken my money and i have received none of the benefits of the pro account. I have sent many emails and web form requests going back 3 days for help and have not received any replies! I have checked my spam box. I have a video that has been stuck in conversion for over 7 hours! Does anyone know what has happened to the people at blip? Thanks Jeff

Have you tried [EMAIL PROTECTED] They are normally fabulous with response so something is definitely out of the ordinary here.
