What would we do with the outcome?

While I don't understood reason for first poll second should give
insight what todo items should get bigger priority.

Although console/gvim choice mostly depends on system. To get more
significant results it should be more like:

- console version on MS-Windows
- GUI version on MS-Windows
- console version on all other systems
- GUI version on all other systems

Well:
- I use both Linux and W32
- I use both gvim and console vim
- Now that Vim 7 has been "released", I have dropped Vim 6 entirely.

Best regards,
Tony.

Isn’t that the entire purpose of

I guess that list should be updated to reflect what changes have
already been implemented.

Voters can move their votes to another item. That should make the
items that have already been implemented go down in the list.

The polling result of the second question in newsmth.net VIM community:

(A) Always use gvim17 About 22%
(B) gvim:vim = 4:1 9 About 12%
(C) gvim:vim = 3:2 4 About 5%
(D) treat them two equally 11 About 14%
(E) gvim:vim = 2:3 0 About 0%
(F) gvim:vim = 1:4 6 About 8%
(G) Always use vim 27 About 36%

I'm doing the first polling...
