Subject: Audio Description from Netflix largely an epic fail

I called Netflix Customer Service and the woman I spoke with was very friendly
and sympathetic, and essentially said that the only instructions they had was
the article I posted earlier. The audio description for Daredevil is completely
unreliable on my end. I have it working on episodes 1 and 3, but cannot get it
to work on 2. At all. No matter what I do.
I have been fussing around with Silver Light on my MacBook, trying every which
way, trying different browsers and the like to see if I can somehow manage to
find the controls while it is playing to access the subtitles menu, but
absolutely no luck. This is proving to be extremely frustrating for my son, who
really wants to continue to watch Daredevil. They should have never released
this until it was more reliable. Fed up.
All that undeserved positive publicity, certainly at least at this time. I am
grateful they are willing, but this is frankly almost worse than having
nothing, at least under the circumstances I’ve got.

Christine

Hi Simon, that shouldn't matter whether you're buying it from eBay, or any
other carrier. The carrier that is locked to is responsible for unlocking the
device for you. So you might want to consider talking to the person that you're
buying for and see if they will unlock it as these are individuals.

Re: how to put an Iphone 6 in an otterbox defender case?

2015-04-20 Thread RobH.
FYI!... unless they provided the case with the dots on the screen
protector of that; it doesn't work well at all putting the speedDots cover
on the phone so that the dots are inside the Otterbox. I did this years
ago. I cut the screen protector out of the Otterbox in the end to keep the
SpeedDots product.
Otterbox cases can be something of a challenge, though helped a little if
you've had one before. Peeling the rubber off, and then prising the two
plastic halves apart comes to mind. There's probably a right and wrong way
of that, and I'm not sure by any means, which is which.
But I still use Defenders even now.

RE: where to find the incript backup check box in the newist versionof eye tunes.

2015-04-20 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
You can go to Edit, preferences, then the device tab and delete your backup or
backups if there is more than one. Then check the Encrypt backup checkbox, type
and retype a new password and start with a new backup. Of course you can choose
to just back up without encrypting it.

Mich,

The checkbox to enable encrypted backup is in your phone area, i.e. when your
phone is connected to iTunes you go to your iPhone, then tab a lot (stay in the
Summary tab which is what is selected by default) and eventually you get to
some buttons about check for update, restore and after that there will be
information about backups and you will find the "Encrypt backup" checkbox here.
Check it with the spacebar, enter whichever password you want to use, tab once,
reenter the password, then tab to OK and press enter or the spacebar. This will
set the password and start the backup, just let it do it's thing, Jaws will
most likely read out the percentage of completion from time to time and when
the backup is complete iTunes will make it's usual triple tone. From now on you
can select the Backup option under "File" and "Devices", you only have to check
the encrypt backup box once and enter your password that first time. Just make
sure you don't forget it because if you encrypt your backup you can backup your
phone for years and never think about it, then if you ever have to do a restore
it will ask you for the password and as we all know from at least a couple of
people on this list that happened to them and they suddenly realized that they
no longer remembered the password to unlock the backup. If that happens you are
up sh... creek in a wire canoe without a paddle.

Regards,
Sieghard

It would help to know what operating system and screen reader you're using.

On Windows 7 with NVDA I can just tab over to the encrypted backup once
I've tapped the space bar on the iPhone button.

Re: getting iPhone unlocked?

2015-04-20 Thread Joseph Hudson
Hi Simon, that shouldn't matter whether you're buying it from eBay, or any
other carrier. The carrier that is locked to is responsible for unlocking the
device for you. So you might want to consider talking to the person that you're
buying for and see if they will unlock it as these are individuals.

getting iPhone unlocked?

2015-04-20 Thread goshawk on horseback
hello all,
does anyone know how I can get an iPhone 5S unlocked to all networks?
it was at a very good price, but is currently locked to the wrong network. it's
not one I have used previously, so can't just ask the previous network to
unlock it for me, like I have done once before, as it is one I am buying from
ebay.

Audio Description from Netflix largely an epic fail

2015-04-20 Thread Christine Grassman

Re: Problem with Bluetooth

2015-04-20 Thread Danny Keys
Hello,
I also had this problem and this is what I did to correct it.
I deactivated Reachability.
Go to Settings, Jeneral, Accessibility and turn off Reachability. It's about
the 3rd or 4th option from the last option.
After this, when I went into the control center, I was able to see all my
bluetooth devices.
HTH.

It sounds like bluetooth may simply be off. If it's definitely on, my first
thought is a network settings reset. Be warned that this will clear out all

but if you need it, head to Settings > General Reset > Reset Network Settings,

Re: [Bulk] RE: Any problems when updating to iTunes 12.1.2?

2015-04-20 Thread Christopher Chaltain
You will get the prompt to update whether you "need" this update or not.
Note the message below deals with downloading the installer directly and
not the update to iTunes itself. If you get the popup to update iTunes
then go for it. I did it, and it wasn't an issue. I do have a 64-bit
system, but I have no idea if Apple considers my graphics adapter to be
old or low end.

Thanks, Richard. I googled this after you wrote and found this.

This iTunes installer is only for Windows 64 bit systems that are unable
to support iTunes video playback requirements on older and low end video
cards. Only use this installer if you were directed to this page by the
below alert message from iTunes 12.1 or later. Using this installer on
an incorrect system may prevent your system from getting the correct
iTunes installer in the future.

If you were directed to this page by an alert from iTunes, follow these
steps:

1.Download the iTunes installer to your Windows desktop

2.Locate the iTunes64Setup.exe and double click to run the installer

3.Install as you normally would. Your iTunes library will not be affected.

I Didn’t.

It says that it is for 64 bit systems with old video cards.

I have a 64 bit system, but I don’t think it is an older video card, but
I went ahead and updated anyway.

No difference to me so far.

did you experience any problems with the new version?

iPad calendar entries as a list

2015-04-20 Thread Agent086b
Hello all,
after listening to a podcast by Alex Hall a while ago. I was able to have my
calendar entries displayed as a list on my iPhone. Is it possible to do the
same on an iPad? I have tried to do this but it does not appear possible.
Thanks for any advice.
Max.

TIP: How to Delete Your iPhone's Browsing History Without Destroying Data

2015-04-20 Thread M. Taylor
Hello All,

The following is a useful tip that will remove Safari browsing history
without deleting other data such as Cookie, passwords, etc.

I have modified the text for use with VoiceOver.

Mark

TIP: How to Delete Your iPhone's Browsing History Without Destroying Data

This brief tutorial will take you step by step through the process of
clearing the list of sites you've visited on your iPhone, without deleting
any of your other browser settings.

As you know, by clearing the history of the sites you've visited via the iOS
Settings, it will also insist that you delete other data - cookies, stored
passwords etc. However, the method outlined below shows you how to clear the
list of sites you've visited without deleting any other data.

1.
>From within Safari, select the Bookmarks Tab located near the bottom of the
display. This will reveal a secondary display at the top of which are three
buttons labeled Bookmarks, Reading List, and Social Links.

2.
If it is not already selected, activate the Bookmarks button.

3.
Single-Finger, Double-Tap the History item in the items list.

4.
Near the lower right corner of the display, activate the Clear button. At
this point you'll be prompted to delete your browsing history from either
the last hour, day, two days or all of your visited sites.

5.
Make your selection. Now the list of sites that you've visited will be
empty, but data like your saved passwords etc, will be ready for you when
you revisit the site. That's it! All done!

Entering events into the calendar

2015-04-20 Thread Jennie Facer
Hi Robbie,

First of all, where it says end time, it will say double tap to edit. Do that
with dots 3 6 chord. Now arrow down to the time.

The done button is actually another add button at the top of the page, so right
to the right of the cancel button. I hope this helps!

The Difference Between The Find My iPHone App and the Find My iPhone Service

2015-04-20 Thread M. Taylor
Hello All,

In an effort to reduce confusion, I am pasting in two very useful articles
on Find My iPhone and how it works.

The first article is entitled: "The Difference Between The Find My iPHone
App and the Find My iPhone Service". The second article is entitled: "Tips
to Track Your iPhone If It Is Lost or Stolen".

You will find the links to the original articles at the bottom of the text.

In short, however, one does not need to have the Find My iPHone app running
in the App Switcher in order to track a lost or stolen device. The app is
only to assist in tracking other devices.

So, just make certain the Find My iPhone service is configured in the
devices Settings area and you will be good to go.

Mark

The Difference Between The Find My iPHone App and the Find My iPhone Service

In our How To Track Your iPhone page we explain how to configure your iCloud
account and iPhone or iPad to use the Find My iPhone service to track your
device. The biggest question and source of confusion for many users is what
is the difference between the Find My iPhone configuration and the Find My
iPhone App?

This page will explain the difference between the Find My iPhone App and the
"Configuration"

Find My iPhone - THE SERVICE

Find My iPhone is an iCloud service offered by Apple to help locate your
iPhone or iPad (and now even your Mac!) should you misplace it. In order to
use the Find My iPhone service, you must configure/set it up on your device.
Once configured you can then use a PC, Mac or another iPhone to track and
locate the device.

To Configure Find My iPhone you must go into your iPhone settings and enter
your iCloud username and password, then make sure that Find My iPhone is
enabled:

Now that Find My iPhone is enabled, the iPhone or iPad is trackable via the
iCloud Web page or via the Find My iPhone App on another device.

It is important to note that you must configure the iCloud Find My iPhone
service BEFORE you lose your device or before it gets stolen. There is no
way to remotely configure Find My iPhone after your iPhone is gone!

Find My iPhone - The APP

The Find My iPhone App is a free iPhone and iPad app from Apple that allows
you to track and locate a device that has been configured to use the Find My
iPhone service:

If you misplace your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, the Find My iPhone
app will let you use another iOS device to find it and protect your data.
Simply install this free app on another iOS device, open it, and sign in
with your Apple ID. Find My iPhone will help you locate your missing device
on a map.

As you can see from Apple's description of the app above, the Find My iPhone
App is used to locate another device - it is important to note that
installing Find My iPhone (the App) on your phone or iPad DOES NOT MAKE IT
TRACKABLE - Installing the Find My iPhone App only allows you to track
another device that has been pre-configured with the Find My iPhone service
as mentioned above, and on this page: Track your iPhone

Summary:

.The Find My iPhone service must be configured on your device BEFORE it can
be tracked
.The Find My iPhone App is used to track another device - and does not in
itself make a device trackable
.The Find My iPhone service is intended to help locate a misplaced device,
not to track and confront thieves - leave that to the professionals!

Tips to Track Your iPhone If It Is Lost or Stolen:

Apple's Find My iPhone service is a free service available to all
iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad owners that can help you find your iDevice if it gets
lost or stolen. Find My iPhone uses WiFi triangulation and/or real-GPS
tracking to locate your device and display it's location on the Me.com
website or from another iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch using the Find My iPhone
App.

We have several posts and pages here at GrownUpGeek.com regarding how to
track in iPhone and difference between the Find my iPhone App and the Find
my iPhone service, but we still get questions about the specifics of finding
a stolen iPhone, what Find My iPhone can or cannot do, etc, so this page
will provide some quick and easy answers to those common questions.
Although the term iPhone is used, most answers also apply to the iPad and
iPod Touch.

Q: What is required for Find My iPhone to track or find my iPhone?
A: You must have previously configured the Find My iPhone service, Location
Services must be enabled for Find My iPhone, the iPhone must be powered-on,
the iPhone must be able to aquire a GPS signal OR location triangulation via
cell-towers or WiFi, and the iPhone must be in a 3G service area or be
connected to WiFi.

Q: My iPhone was lost (or stolen) but I never setup an iCloud account or
Find My iPhone - can I still track the location of my iPhone?
A: NO - Find my iPhone must be configured BEFORE your iPhone or device gets
lost or stolen

Q: My iPhone was lost (or stolen) but location services was turned off - can
I track my iPhone or enable location services remotely?
A: YES - Only

Re: Status Of Find My Iphone?

In the app switcher? I just checked, and it is not in my app switcher,
although it says it is on, under settings, iCloud. I didn't think I had

It must be kept on and displayed in the ap switcher for someone to use
another device to locate the iPhone. In other words, police cannot
locate a stolen iPhone, return it to you, arrest the thief and send
him to jail if the find My iPhone app is not running.

Re: Requesting feedback on iGrill by iDevices

2015-04-20 Thread Alexander Masic/Bitter-k
Haha! if you nead a sighted assistans to turn it on then??? it is
not touch, you get a feedback when pressing the button on/off. So it is
impåossible to do a mistake.
the problem people will have maybe the first time is to discover vere
the battery is located and how to remove that plasticflip wich protect
the battery.

Rick Alfaro skrev den 15-04-20 21:57:

I also wanted to add that I received my iGrill over the weekend and it's
everything I hoped it would be. Perfectly accessible via the IOS app. The only
small issue is actually turning the device on and off. Unfortunately it's a
touch screen so one has to learn where the on/off button is on the screen so
you may have to have someone sighted point that out for you the first time but
once you know where it is, it isn't an issue. You just have to press and hold
it until the device beeps letting you know it's been turned on.

I tested the device yesterday with a pan of water, using the chicken preset onb
the app and I got 2 notifications. One ten degrees before and one more when the
temperature reached the target of 165. Very nice.

The round display part of the iGrill seperates from the larger rubber piece.
Just pull it apart and you will find the battery compartment on the underside

*I just used Apple Pay at my local McDonald's.*
*The target was mounted on top of the credit card terminal. It was a

*I brought my iPhone close to this square about an inch away, the phone
vibrated and said, "done".*

*I have also seen round targets at Macey's, but they are about the same
size, approximately the width of an iPhone 6.*

*Good luck,*

RE: Requesting feedback on iGrill by iDevices

2015-04-20 Thread Jose Lomeli

Very nice.

Best regards,

Rick Alfaro

Richard,

The round display part of the iGrill seperates from the larger rubber piece.
Just pull it apart and you will find the battery compartment on the underside

Hi Dacia,

iPeriod and Fertility Friend are the most accessible apps that I've found for
tracking your cycle. They both allow you to track your fertility signs, , other
symptoms, and your cycles.

If you only want to track the start and end of your cycle, iPeriod is the way
to go. There are pickers that you can use to set your start and end dates,
without having to tap each day on a calendar.

Fertility Friend is not quite as user friendly as iPeriod, because you have to
manually mark each day of your cycle on a calendar, but it does a more thorough
job of analyzing your fertility signs for you if you're new to charting.

Both apps are free, and iPeriod has a deluxe version for a small price.

For fitness, I use a Fitbit Charge HR. Others on this list use various Fitbit
trackers, and some use Jawbone trackers. There are also apps such as Walkmeter,
Nike+ Running, and Runkeeper, which are pedometer style apps with GPS
functionality, and there are food diary apps, such as MyFitnessPal, which
estimate calories burned for a given exercise based on your age, gender, and
weight.

HTH,
Cheryl

So, if the update notification comes up automatically as it usually does, does
that mean you do need the update? I do not see the 'alert message' that is
supposed to be quoted somewhere in this message and an thus confused.

Thanks, Richard. I googled this after you wrote and found this.

This iTunes installer is only for Windows 64 bit systems that are unable to
support iTunes video playback requirements on older and low end video cards.
Only use this installer if you were directed to this page by the below alert
message from iTunes 12.1 or later. Using this installer on an incorrect system
may prevent your system from getting the correct iTunes installer in the future.

If you were directed to this page by an alert from iTunes, follow these steps:

1.Download the iTunes installer to your Windows desktop

2.Locate the iTunes64Setup.exe and double click to run the installer

3.Install as you normally would. Your iTunes library will not be affected.

I Didn’t.

It says that it is for 64 bit systems with old video cards.

I have a 64 bit system, but I don’t think it is an older video card, but I went
ahead and updated anyway.

No difference to me so far.

Re: USING BRAILLE WITH IPHONE 6

2015-04-20 Thread carol.pearso...@googlemail.com
Well, that's what I thought, and I got a bit confused too ... but ideally and
always have used the landscape setting (obviously) for the 4S but was still
wondering if I'd find that a bit long for positioning fingers and a bit wide
for holding still with the hand ... but everyone seems to think it's OK so I
guess I just get on with it now!

To clarify: do you mean a braille display, or the on-screen braille keyboard?
If the former, no, landscape versus portrait won't matter, aside from what
Teressa said about different options in some apps. If the latter, this will
only work in landscape mode--your fingers would never fit side by side in
portrait. The Plus, and then up to the iPads, is great for tabletop typing from
my limited tests. I've never tried it in Away Mode, though.

portrait and landscape modes, except for some of the options in apps, such as

I've always used my 4S in landscape as I didn't feel comfortable on the

Re: Blind Mice Mart

2015-04-20 Thread Teresa Cochran
They're mp3 files, which are in the low hundreds of megabytes on average, so it
could possibly eat up a fair chunk of bandwidth. The only cost would be getting
a sendspace pro account, which is about $10 US a month. Otherwise, it would
take hours to download a file. This paid account is with Sendspace, the file
manager that hosts the files, not with Blind Mice Mart.

The legality issue is probably a bit murky. The files are audio only, so that
limits their desirability to the average sighted person.

Mich,

The checkbox to enable encrypted backup is in your phone area, i.e. when
your phone is connected to iTunes you go to your iPhone, then tab a lot
(stay in the Summary tab which is what is selected by default) and
eventually you get to some buttons about check for update, restore and after
that there will be information about backups and you will find the "Encrypt
backup" checkbox here. Check it with the spacebar, enter whichever password
you want to use, tab once, reenter the password, then tab to OK and press
enter or the spacebar. This will set the password and start the backup, just
let it do it's thing, Jaws will most likely read out the percentage of
completion from time to time and when the backup is complete iTunes will
make it's usual triple tone. From now on you can select the Backup option
under "File" and "Devices", you only have to check the encrypt backup box
once and enter your password that first time. Just make sure you don't
forget it because if you encrypt your backup you can backup your phone for
years and never think about it, then if you ever have to do a restore it
will ask you for the password and as we all know from at least a couple of
people on this list that happened to them and they suddenly realized that
they no longer remembered the password to unlock the backup. If that happens
you are up sh... creek in a wire canoe without a paddle.

Re: USING BRAILLE WITH IPHONE 6

2015-04-20 Thread Teresa Cochran
Hi, Carol,

I don't have an iPhone 6, but I always use my device in portrait mode. There is
enough information displayed on the Braille display even in portrait mode.
Voiceover adjusts and will display whole lines in Braille. I'm not actually
sure if there would be a noticeable difference in Braille between portrait and
landscape modes, except for some of the options in apps, such as the scientific
calculator, etc.

Re: Bluetooth Keyboards again--Questions

2015-04-20 Thread Chris Smart

Hi there.

I recently bought a Logitech Keys-to-go bluetooth keyboard. It's only
a quarter of an inch thick, weighs about 6 ounces, thinner than the
phone itself, and the keys are almost as large as on a regular
keyboard. It is covered in a protective membrane so it's spill/dirt
resistent, and the keys travel a tiny distance, so it's almost silent
to use. I recommend you check it out, but at $70 US, it's not the
cheapest option around. It's primarily designed with iOS in mind, as
the top row of keys is iOS specific and launch particular functions,
control media playback etc. Also, FN+arrow left/right selects words.

I don't have to pair it often, meaning most of the time, I turn it
on and my phone recognizes it, if Bluetooth is turned on in Settings
already of course.

There is no lag I can detect between pressing a key and hearing
Voiceover repeat it, and I'm a guitar player with a lot of
sensitivity when it comes to latency between my hands and my ears. (grin)

each time the keyboard is turned back on?

I am writing this message using the onscreen keyboard at which I am
much faster at than I used to be, but I would like to be able to
type a lot faster! Though I am a strong advocate of Braille, I
haven't been that impressed with the Braille onscreen input options.
I don't seem to get my fingers placed correctly, and I don't care to
deal with the translation difficulties. Thanks for any help with
this in advance!

Hi. That's good to know; I could have sworn that the seemingly random order
of "stories" was just a glitch, so thanks for that explanation. By the way,
the April issue of ccess World (from AFB) contains an article regarding
Facebook accessibility. I skimmed the article briefly while watching a
baseball game yesterday afternoon and will have to take a closer look at it.
The gist of the article is that there is a team of employees at Facebook who
is responsible for accessibility of the man web site, the mobile web site
and the mobile apps as well, and that this team is committed to ensuring
full accessibility for all. It went on to say that part of that commitment
entails responsiveness to user feedback, so, that being the case, those of
us who encounter issues of one sort or another need to report them. If I
can find a contact link in that article, I'll post it.

Re: Oddity with latest Facebook Update

2015-04-20 Thread Tom Lange
Hi. That's good to know; I could have sworn that the seemingly random order of
"stories" was just a glitch, so thanks for that explanation. By the way, the
April issue of ccess World (from AFB) contains an article regarding Facebook
accessibility. I skimmed the article briefly while watching a baseball game
yesterday afternoon and will have to take a closer look at it. The gist of the
article is that there is a team of employees at Facebook who is responsible for
accessibility of the man web site, the mobile web site and the mobile apps as
well, and that this team is committed to ensuring full accessibility for all.
It went on to say that part of that commitment entails responsiveness to user
feedback, so, that being the case, those of us who encounter issues of one sort
or another need to report them. If I can find a contact link in that article,
 I'll post it.

No, voiceover does not read the cash that you pay. The cashier will tell
you how much you owe. You will point the phone at the reader with your
finger on the home button to present your touch ID. When the transaction is
complete, your phone will beep and vibrate and voiceover will say done.

Hello
Is anyone using their phone to download audio described movies through
Blind Mice Mart. My desktop may be too old to be supported by freespace
which is where the movies are downloaded from. I keep getting an error
message from them. Using the phone I got to the right page on freespace to
download the file I wanted but it wanted me to create a sign in. This was
not necessary using the desktop. Is this really a requirement of freespace
when using the phone? Does anyone know?

It would help to know what operating system and screen reader you're using.

On Windows 7 with NVDA I can just tab over to the encrypted backup once

all messes are so out of order or why it occasionally stops reading. If most
of my remaining family were not on it I’d leave,. They are so enamored with
sending photos without explanation and what is with all these photos of people
they can’t even know.

I would love to get rid of that dot product thing. I just tried your
suggestion and it didn’t work for me on my iPhone 5s. As far as I can tell,
it’s just enoying and perhaps face book will get it fixed.

Subject: Oddity with latest Facebook Update

Hi all,

I just took the latest Facebook update for a spin this afternoon and I'm
curious about something. When I go through the list of posts, I keep hearing
VoiceOver say something that sounds like dot product, which is really odd.
When I change the rotor to words or characters, all is normal. It's not a show
stopper but it is really weird. Anybody else notice this?

Re: where to find the incript backup check box in the newist versionof eye tunes.

It would help to know what operating system and screen reader you're using.

On Windows 7 with NVDA I can just tab over to the encrypted backup once
I've tapped the space bar on the iPhone button.

Re: Bluetooth Keyboards again--Questions

2015-04-20 Thread Alan J Paganelli
Hi! Let me explaine how I use my bluetooth wireless keyboard. I don't use
it to control my iPhone such as opening and closing apps etc. All I use it
for is to enter in text in email messages and any other text entry fields.
I have an Amazon Basics Bluetooth wireless keyboard that I caught on special
from the Amazon web site and paid 20 bucks USD and free shipping. For what
I'm using it for, that's all I was willing to shell out.

So if I'm doing my email from my iPhone 5s, I'll read messages in the usual
way etc. The only time I use the keyboard is when I want to reply to one
and when the text entry box opens, I pick up the wireless keyboard so for
me, it wasn't worth spending any more then 20 bucks.

Subject: Bluetooth Keyboards again--Questions

Good Evening!

I have been considering buying a Bluetooth keyboard to use with my iPhone 6.
Is there a lot of lag time between when a character is typed and when it
appears on the screen? Also, if you turn the keyboard off to save power, do
you have to re-pair it with the phone each time the keyboard is turned back
on?

I am writing this message using the onscreen keyboard at which I am much
faster at than I used to be, but I would like to be able to type a lot
faster! Though I am a strong advocate of Braille, I haven't been that
impressed with the Braille onscreen input options. I don't seem to get my
fingers placed correctly, and I don't care to deal with the translation
difficulties. Thanks for any help with this in advance!

Logging out of Netflix on iPhone and MacBook Air

2015-04-20 Thread Christine Grassman
I am trying to sign out of Netflicks on my iPhone and MacBook Air. I am double
tapping Sign Out on my iPhone, but it is not working. (I had to get sighted
assistance to do this last night.) On my macBook Air, I have tried various
browsers, and cannot locate a sign out or a log out. There are a bunch of
unlabeled links just as there are unlabeled buttons or silent spaces in the
iPhone app. Some help would be appreciated, as I wish to sign out of everything
so that, perhaps, maybe, audio description might decide to show itself in the
languages options menu and then actually work when I log back in.
TIA.

Christine
