Bose connect App on my phone, and created an account.  If you download the Bose

I called the Bose disibility phone number because I couldn't use the Bose ap to 
control the Bose speaker, and they spent at least 3 hours on the phone trying 
to help me to control the Bose speaker using the Bose app.  It seemed no matter 
what we did, I still couldn't control the speaker using the app, and the only 
way I could use the speaker was through the Bose app.  Needless to say, I ended 
up having to delete the app from my phone, and took back the Bose speaker to 
the store.  Although, it might have been improved by now.  The man who I talked 
to on the phone from Bose, said they were still working on the accessibility, 
but as of that time it still wasn't fully accessible,  but you would think by 
now the app would be accessible, but maybe not.  I copied and pasted the Bose 
accessibility phone number below, so give them a call and see if they can help 
you with connecting the speakers.

Only issue I know of is that all conversations show as Unread. Not exactly 
great, but not anything which makes it unusable or anything like that.

If that app is anything like the Sonos app, the app will take care of pairing 
them together and with your iPhone.
I've not used it, but have seen talk about it being accessible.

If it doesn't talk you through what you need to do, I think Bose has a pretty 
good support line.

Strange seri issue with an iphone 10r

My mom has an iphone 10r and whenever she uses seri, the voice only comes out 
of the phone's earpiece, meaning the part of the phone that you raise to your 
ear rather than the iphone's speaker.  Sometimes it will start out coming 
through the speaker and then switch to the earpiece in the middle of the 
interaction with seri.  This never happens with my iphone 8. Does anyone have 
any ideas on what could be causing this problem?  I have looked through the 
settings and thus far, nothing is jumping out at me.  She is running ios 14.4

It's the built-in password manager in iOS, if you log into a website you will 
get asked if you want to save the password and if you say yes it will be saved 
to the iOS Keychain. You can view all the passwords there under Settings > 
Passwords

Do you have volume in the rotor? What is it set at?
I use earphones when I really need to focus on VO over the menu speaking. 
Though some of those recorded menus are stupidly loud.

All blind and visually impaired users of voiceover should learn not to 
auto-update their apps. For the most used applications you'd better always wait 
some months to update. I do always update my apps because I use 2 devices one 
to test.
