Just checked the App Store. It appears to be available, but you have to
hunt through lots of apps to find it. I found it on “page 9 of 25.” On
my phone it was at the top of the page. You should hear “Light

I didn’t realize until today that Seeing AI has a Light Dectector. That’s
good to know. However I have the app called Light Detector, which I think
may be the same one Regina mentioned. I really like that app, and use it
often. It’s so easy! You just tap the app, and it starts working right
away when it opens. No menus to deal with.

Hi, I really think it’s sad that seeing AI ditched the Light Detector.
However, I found an app called Light Detector. It works very well. You
just open it and it starts the highest loudest sound is that the light is
on and then when you turn it off, it goes down to a low level of sound.
That’s all that the app does. It’s called light detector. Hope that helps.

My question is, and I guess it is two questions, What is the cost of the
non-light version and how does one find that version?

CVS has a system called Spoken Rx.
The pharmacy encodes the label and the CVS app has a feature to read it.

You could gently remove the label and get Seeing A I to read it. I guess LiDAR
could, if you have it?

The problem is reading on the curve. The best solution is to get the pharmacy
to connect with Envision America and their ScrirtTalk program which gives
visually impaired people access to all of the medication info including the
prescription number and refills remaining, etc.
You could try Voice Dream Scanner.

I tried seeing ai but it didn't work very well at all. The rx number

think.

this year. I would test it out and let you know but I am out of town for a week
