checking battery status of bluetooth keyboard on iphone ios10

How do you check the status of a bluetooth  keyboard on iphone using ios10! 
Seems to me I could find this inthe task switcher or notification center, but 
neither seems to work with  ios10. 
Anyone know?

making the onscreen always visible

Hi all, Is there a way to make the onscreen keyboard  always visible? It seems 
that every time I try to use it, it is not visible.  I'm using a bluetooth 
keyboard to make it visible for just one time. I think there is a gesture to do 
this also, but don't recall what us is. 

Any help would be appreciated.

restoring from icloud backup

I'm getting an iphone 7 plus and want to restore the data from my ipone 6 plus 
onto the iphone 7 plus. I did a icloud backup, but unsure how to restore from 
that backup. I don't see any ortion for that. Using ios 10.

itune for windows and icloud

I have a mac and iphone and using icloud. I just got hold of a windows laptop 
and wondering if I have to install anything besides itune for windows to access 
icloud. I should be able to access my apple account on icloud with the' windows

Hi, 
Actually, what you do is go into settings and then select settings for itunes 
and app store. 
Click on that and you'll get a page with information. There is a button for 
account id cliak that and you get another screen with several options and the 
one you want is view id or something similar. Click there and you'll be asked 
for your apple password; Enter it the go to the next screen. This will have a 
lot of info including a heading called manage subscriptions. That's where you 
want to be.

Hi Mary,  It's available on itunes premium and it's games for all teams, so you 
can listen to home or away, just like mlb. I suspect the 2 are related somehow. 
On itunes they only start when the game does, so you don't get the pregame 
stuff.  If you have the premium, check it out.

I have 2 ci's and the iphone does work, but probably a neckloop would still be 
a good idea as it does make hereing the phone a bit easier. 
If you have a wired neckloop, that would work well, but a bluetooth neckloop 
will also work well, except that response when touching the screen is a bit

diceworld question

Hi, Thanks for all playing me with diceworld. I'm getting a message and not 
sure how to deal with it. Whenever I get a response in a game I'm playing, I 
get this "message received" message.   
It appears on screen like a flash and can't locate it after that. Do I need to 
use the chat button? I haven't used diceworld chat before.

Changing voices in voicedream reader

Hi all,
I have voicedream reader but have recently noniced a problem. I can't seem to 
change voices. It defaults to the female voice, not sure which one. I have 
purchased 
Paul but can't seem to get the app to switch voices even though the program 
says paul is selected. Trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

disappearing messeages in ios

Hi all, 
If I get multiple messages on the iphone, it seems that only the last one stays 
on the phone. I can't get to the others even though I haven't deleted them. I 
have it set to keep messages on the phone forever. 
Anyone have an idea as to what's going on and what to do about it?

No, they're definitely separate messages. I can read them when they come in as 
notifications if I'm right there by the phone. The problem is that often I 
don't catch the entire message, and the problem comes when I open the message 
app to rereead them. Hope this makes sense.

Can anyone suggest an accessible app for getting local news? I've tried 
breaking news, but can't figure out how to change the settings. Maybe there's a 
way to do this in the news app already on the phone, but not sure about that.

problem with voice dream

I'm using an iphone 6 so plus running ios9.1. 
Having a problem with voice dream. It crashed whenever I tried to run it. I 
uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked perfectly the first time I ran it. 
However, every time I have tried it since then, the program crashes. 
Anyone else having this problem?

musim not playing on iphone

Just upgraded to an iphone 6 so plus. 
i think I got everything working, but can't play music I did have it playing 
for a whil but nothing plays now, neither apple music or "my music". 
I don't think I changed any settings, but anything's possible. 
Any Ideas? I don't think there's any mute button or setting. Vo and all otheo 
alps seem to work fine.
Suggestion are welcome.

No problem. I did a settings reset from the resen menu in general and 
reconnected to the network, but still no go. I signed out of the app store and 
signed back in again, and still no go. 
May have to break eown and call apple care on this one.

problem with app store

Is anyone else having problems with the app store being extremely slow when 
downloading? I tried to download a couple of apps yesterday and they both show 
as "waiting" on the main screen 
Also, I haven't seen any app updates since October 22 which is quite unusual. 
Since I haven't seen anyone else mention this, wonder if it's something on this 
end. 
Any suggestions? I've tried rebooting the phone. Running the latest version of 
ios on an iphone 6 ing.

I've had this problem a couple times. Go into account settings and uncheck the 
box for bonus settings, save the change, then go  into settings and set it back 
and save the changes. 
This worked for me.

yes, It will also eliminate your bonus if you're out of gold. Just wish free 
gold wasn't such a hastle.

bluetooth headset reliability with ios 9.1

I had problems getting a bluetooth headset to work properly with ios9.02. The 
problem doesn't appear to beany better with ios9.2.  
Bluetooth worked fine previously. 
I'm using a bluetooth neckloop for the hearing impaired and my wife is using a 
regular bluetooth headset. 
With both units bluetooth performance seems unreliable. It works fine with vo 
and reading booas etc., but on phone calls, the voice often routes through the 
earpiece. I've tried changing the voice routing in accessibility from automatic 
to bluetooth, but doesn't seem to help. Anyone else experiencing this, and is 
there a workaround?

getting started with trivia crack

I'm trying to figure out trivia crack. From what I here, it should be quite 
easy, but just can't figure out the screens for even getting started. Is there 
settings I need to make for it to work with voiceover. Also, I see a free 
version and anotheo that's ad free for a couple bucks. Is one more accessible 
than the other? 

I'm using an iphone%f plus with ios 9.03 or whatever the latest version of ios 
is. 

Any help in getting started and figuring out the screens would be really 
appreciated. It's probably something obvious I'm missing, but sure can't figure 
out what it is.

entering account numbers and creditcard numbers

Hi all,
I'm using an iphone 6 plus with ios 9.02.  
I want to start using the phone for paying bills which I want to pay manually. 
This means entering an account number and then a credit card number. There 
automated systems seem to have a rather short timeou, so it's hard to enter the 
info before it  times out. Is there any way to automatication store both of 
these numbers so I can bring them up immediate when needed.

Speaking of trading up, I've had my iphone 6 ing for almost a year and using 
atandt. So, my contract still has 6 months or so before I can cancel.  In the 
meantime, can I upgrade to a 6 so ing now? and still use it with the existing 
contract?

tunein radio premium and mlb broadcasts

i'm trying to listen to the sf giants feed on tunein radio premium but not 
finding it. I seem !be having trouble navigating the site for some reason. 
I go to spopts, then mlb, and look for sf giants. Sometimes I can find the 
giants but when I hit the live button right beneath it, I get some other 
broadcast.  
I was able to get the giants broadcast once, but haven't been able to find it 
now in several days. 
Anyone else having trouble hereing mlb games or am I missing something?

farkle strategies

Hi all you farkle freaks out there.

My wife and I have been playing farkle diceworld on our iphones for a while.  
I'm not getting very high scores and she isn't doing a lot better. But, there 
are folks getting very high scores out there. 
I'm picking the numbers and not leaving any unused. Is there a stragegy to 
getting higher scores? If so, would someone be willing to share that 
information?

diceworld question

Hi, 
I took the plunge and am playing farkle on diceworld. I have a couple of 
questions. First, when it try to delete games I don't want on the phone I get 
the message that the game can't be deletx and to delete it I have to uninstall 
and then reinstall the app. But, the games are still there and can't get rid of 
them. Is this a bug or what?  

Secondly, I keep getting the prompt to get gold. Is there any easy way to get 
rid of that prompt. Also, what's the advantage of getting gold.

I can geoneeadradio on my phone but the type of music is very different and 
raally don't care for it.

updating my apple account

Hi,
Can someone tell me where to go on my iphone to update my apple account? I have 
a new credit card and have to put in the new expiration date. 
I looked inthe itunes store and appstitunes store settings, but don't see any 
place to update this info.  Help would be appreciated. I'm running  ios 843

mlb app issue

I've been using the mlb app for several years with virtually no problem. Last 
year I don't think I ever experienced a drop out of the radio feed. I listed to 
the sf giants (every game). 
This year I'm experiencing quite a few times when I loose the feed. If I switch 
to another station then  return to the sf feed the feed seems to work fine. 
Wondering if anyone else is loosing a feed quite often.

 that would be a real shame. Also I am on the mBraille list and the developer

braille screen input question

I'm enjoying braille screen input, but trying to figure what setting I need to 
change so vo speaks characters. I sometimes hit the keyboard inthe wrong spot 
and don't get the characters I intended. A good example is the to field of a 
message. I can get ^ows okay, but can't seem to get vo to speak characters. 
Yet, if I enter the name of an app from the homescreen, each character is 
spoken as I enter them.  Just seems a bit odd.

bard selecting a letter of searching

Well, one more question about the bard mobile app.
If you try to look at books by title, you have a popup buttun and screll for 
the first letter inthe title. How do you navigate when the popup botton is 
pressed? Nothing I do seems to want to scroll the letters, so I'm obviously 
doing something wrong. This scroling seems to work in other apps, but something 
is different with the bard app. 

What am i missing?

nls bard question

Hi all,
I'm trying to use the nls bard app on an iphone 6ing and something doesn't seem 
!be working right.

Once I find a book I want, I have a very hard time finding the download button.
I assume I double-tap the book I want to bring up it's info and go from there, 
but cannot find an easy to locate donload button.
My wife also uses the nls app on her phone and has no trouble finding the 
download button. Could I have a setting set wrong? Maybe I'm just missing 
something, but sure can't figure out what it is.

I have googles installed on my iphone 6 plus and it takes voice commands just 
fine.  But isn't there a way to get it's responses to be spoken automatically 
instead of just appearing on screen and having vo read them?

playing music tracks

 Hi,
My wife and I are both running ios8402 she's using an iphone 5 and I have a 5s. 
When she plays a track on her phone, the music stops at the end of the track.  
When I try this on my phone, the program goes rather into the next track. 
Anyone know where the setting is which controls this behavior?

 corner). Sometimes a page will go to full screen, and you have to double tap 
 the title twice before the address field comes up. That's the iPhone, I don't 
 know about the iPad as much.
 
 
 2. Install the iCloud Control Panel. It should prompt you to install the 
 iCloud Bookmarks extension for Firefox, but if not, you can find the 
 extension separately on Google. Once installed, that should let all your 
 bookmarks sync across your iOS devicesand your Windows machine.

 To my knowledge, iCloud Control Panel is accessible, yes.
 
 I've never used the program with Internet Explorer, as Firefox offers a 
 superior web browsing experience and I always use it when I have to go to 
 Windows for something. I believe it will work, but that's a guess, and I

skype echo calling service prowithm

Fi, I have the latest version of skype on my iphone 5 so and am signed into 
skype.   However when I try to call the skype test service to check things out, 
I always get a call failed message, but can't figure out why as there is no 
other message explaining the error. 
Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?
