I know the brand ONNN makes an adapter that goes from lightning to the headphone jack I do not know if they have one that has a splitter on top that has the lightning port and the headphone. I have had great success with mytuner on all platforms. even works on Alexa. There was a dot to ddemo of the skill working with uk stations. I also wentto theUK in a VPn. I found that mywell there. Unfortunately you cannot record with the free mytuner app. I am not sure whathe paid app offers you.
