Re: The story continues... Long lost iPhone 6S has finally resurfaced after snow melt

2016-04-16 Thread Gerald Mader
Now the million-dollar question. Does the phone still work after being in the
snow? That's very cool if it works.

Introducing the new app.TMRN -you're all requests station, now on the App Store.

2016-03-23 Thread Gerald Mader
Hello folks. I would like to take this time and introduce to you all a
brand-new app on the app store. This is an app for the Mader radio network. It
is fully accessible with voiceover and it works very very well. All the buttons
are properly labeled, and all of the features work very well with voiceover.
The station mainly plays country and all these by request but really anything
can be requested. I am the station manager and so I have full developmental
access to this app. If anyone runs into any issues please just let me know by
using the link on the app to send an email. Your issues will we dealt with this
soon as they Canby. I developer is very committed to making sure that these
apps work with voiceover. Therefore that's the reason we're going through them
to have the app developed. Our last app developer could care less about
voiceover where this app developer enjoys working with voiceover and its users
and everything is self-explanatory in the app. Here is the app wink. The ads
that you see will be gone from the app very soon, they're not supposed to be
there however we had to have them there so that Apple could see what they look
like if I were ever to decide to put them back on my app which I don't think
I'm ever going to.
If you would like to get this app here is the link to download it for free on
the App Store today.

https://appsto.re/us/W5debb.i
Please feel free to share this app with all of your friends and family because
the station is totally a family friendly station. We look forward to hearing
from you. We would like to thank you in advance for being a valued TMRN
listener. Have a great day everyone. Jerry Mader

How do I read post on the Facebook page using voice over? Using pages manager is even harder.

2016-03-20 Thread Gerald Mader
Hello there. I have a Facebook page but I'm trying to manage, but I can't read
any of my own posts. I also cannot read anybody else's posts either. And if I
go to other peoples pages I can't read their posts. I can't find them in the
clutter on the page what's a good way to find them so that I'm able to start
reading the current posts that people post on their pages and that I have
posted on my own. Is there an accessible version of this app or is there any
other app I can use? Thank you. Jerry Mader

Re: audio at a live hockey game

2016-02-25 Thread Gerald Mader
It's called the dump delay. You are correct, it's used so that if something is
said on the radio that isn't supposed to be it can be filtered out and you'll
never even know what even happened. It's mainly used for any event of a
situation where the microphones go hot on accident up in the booth. Even a
live broadcast on the radio may not be a good idea if you're going to use it
for descriptive video because A lot of things actually happen during commercial
breaks is well. Best regards. Jerry Mader

How do you copy a status on Facebook using voice over

2016-02-19 Thread Gerald Mader
Hey there. I'm just wondering how you would copy a status that someone said on
Facebook using voice over? Is there anyway to do it so that we can copy
someone's status or no? I tried the one finger double tap and hold but it
doesn't always work. It only works once and that's it. Is there any other way
to do it? Thanks

How can I protect my notes?

2016-02-03 Thread Gerald Mader
I have a question and I really need an answer to this as soon as possible. The
guy who I traded my iPhone in to he is a store manager at a local shop here.
He didn't bother to reset my phone and I have my credit card number stored in
the notes app and in the Safari on that phone. I also have my Apple ID stored
in that phone to And I already change the password to it. What would be the
best way to protect my iOS notes and stuff? Can you put a password on notes?
Just for the future. I'm going to change my credit card number of course but I
need to know this answer so that I can better protect myself. Thank you. Jerry

Re: New 5S

2016-01-30 Thread Gerald Mader
What I meant by how much room I would have an a case for the iPhone for a Touch
ID is,on my original case I have a little tiny spot that kind of looks like a
half-moon and that's where the iPhone home button is and there is a rubber
Shell, on my case that fits over the entire phone, and there is a flap that
fits over top of it and there's a little button that I can press on on my case.
But I can also lifted up and touch the home button by putting my finger on this
half-moon spot. I'm going to be going to a store that sells used phones so
maybe he will have a 64 GB iPhone I'm not sure. Anyway take care thank you for
your help. Jerry Mader

Re: New 5S

2016-01-29 Thread Gerald Mader
Hello. This is Jerry Mader. I'm going to be getting a new 5S soon, and I have
some questions about it. Is there anything I will notice that's different from
my for S? And also can I use Alex on a 5S? And how much room do you need for
the home button in an iPhone case to use the touch ID? My phone that I have
right now is only an eight gig. How big did the 5S phones get? As far as
gigabytes go? Like for example do they have some that are 32 GB or 64 GB? Or do
they only come in 16 GB? I want to make sure that I let the fellas know that
I'm getting the phone from how big of a phone I want and I want the biggest One
I can get. I have a lot of apps that I like to store on my phone so as you can
guess the 8 GB is not doing me any good LOL. Also is the camera much better on
the five S than it is on a for S? Thank you so much for these answers I
appreciate them all. Jerry Mader

It's too bad that this app wouldn't run on an iPhone 4s. That's all I have and

I can't read download Facebook. It says cancel download but does not show progress bar tell me how far it is downloading what do I do?

2015-12-14 Thread Gerald Mader
Hello there. I cannot read download Facebook after taking it off of my apps
list on my phone because of the fact that it was storing too much data and
given me a lot of disk space not free. So I needed to delete the app. And I did
so however now I can't put the app back on my phone because it says whenever
you press the button cancel download but does not give a progress bar as to
when it will be done and does not give a progress bar how much it is
downloaded. I have to triple tap to get the button to click. If I just double
tap it it just says download. If I triple tap it it goes in to cancel download
but does not give me the proper progress bar. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Re: Zedge version 2.5 app accessible

2015-12-01 Thread Gerald Mader
What is the link to the ZEDGE website? This is really my first time ever using
this for ringtones. Are used to use
Audiko but I can't anymore because they have their own app and every time you
try to go to the website it immediately pops up something about a new app but
whenever you try to download it says that it can't be downloaded in the US App
Store. Do you know if there's any other sites like this when you can get free
ringtones? While zedge is a pretty popular One I've heard it doesn't have
that many good ringtones that I like and I'm just trying to find other places
to go get ringtones. Thanks again. Jerry Mader

Re: Really weird, and strange issue when dictating

2015-10-09 Thread Gerald Mader
Yes I have a whole bunch of different times. I had to do a hard reset on my
phone to make it stop. It doesn't get any better with 9.1 beta for. And I can't
seem to get apples attention on the matter. We're all I guess going to have to
write to Apple and let them know about it

When I put my finger on the left-hand side of the screen in the contacts app I

Deleting unwanted contacts in iCloud? Can it be done?

2015-09-27 Thread Gerald Mader
Hello there. This is Jerry Mader. I have a ton of email that was accidentally
brought over from my old iPod onto my iPhone 4s. I want to delete it out of my
iCloud so that when my iCloud backs up the iPhone it doesn't grab all those
emails I keep putting them back on my phone. What is the most efficient way of
deleting all these emails? There are a ton say reply to Comment from back when
you used to be able to reply to comments from Facebook using your email. And I
want to know how I would delete all these emails do I have to delete them one
by one or can I somehow using computer or using the phone select the mall and
get rid of them and one good sweep?
Thank you very much for your help on this. Jerry Mader
