I don't know if this is an Apple or Facebook problem.  For quite a while
now, when I dictate in Facebook, there are spaces at the end of my
dictation.  Anyone else experiencing this, and is there a fix?

Thanks for the help with navigan, I was able to update everything successfully.
Now I'm not sure if this is the way it's suppose to be or not, but has anyone
noticed that the map manager refreshes all the time? Is there a way to fix this?

Hello and Troy:

I am glad to hear that your processing well with Navigon.

As to your question pertaining to refreshing, if you have not received an
answer already could you please provide a little detail of your concern? I am
not experiencing any refreshing … that does not mean that it is not going on …
just cannot as of yet reproduce your challenge.

Re: fixed my first navigon issue now another issue

2013-10-24 Thread Patrick Neazer
Hello Brett and all:

OK, let me see if I understand. you are experiencing refreshing when attempting
to download individual maps? so, you are not attempting to download all of the
maps at once? Is that correct?

The answer is going to be the same though I wanted to make sure that I
understood what you were attempting to do.

You may not like the following answer though it does work … it is sort of how I
discovered that Idaho was loading first :).

If you drag your finger down the screen, you will hear individual states
mentioned. when you get to the bottom of the screen, hearing the last state on
the screen, flick right. the screen will repopulate with the next states in the
alphabetical list. so, when I slide my finger down the screen and come to
California , it is the last state on the screen. if I flick right and then
touch the screen again, Colorado and Connecticut show up at the top of the
screen. sliding to the bottom of the screen again brings me to Florida … flick
right and presto … Georgia and Hawaii are visible … and so is Idaho :).

It is a little slow if you are attempting to get to Vermont though it does work
and updating maps does not occur every day.

Hopefully this information proves useful to you. Please let us know.

Take good care and I wish you enough.
