Hi robin, As of several updates ago, the button that you press to go to the next screen is mislabeled. If you look for the button on the lower part of the screen that used to be the next button, even though it says cancel, double tap it anyway and that will take you to the next screen Where you then look for the done button on the upper right to save it to your history. I was told that the battery compartment should go towards your sholder and the other end just above your elbow. I believe this is what the techs told me a Qardio arm. I have a brand new Quardio Arm and the AP is on my phone. I have reviewed the directionsHowever, I am not sure how to place the Quardio Arm. The directions only say to use the logo as a guide. Since I am totally blind, that is not going to work. Can someone who uses it give me some guidence? Which way is the correct way.
