Hi, I was able to complete the first level of duolingo italian within the app but then i could not continue to basics II because that wont work with voicover. I could if someone clicked on it for me but since i live alone.. The website is more doable but on there you miss information to see what you will be learning/what you need to do per lesson. Clarification Re Duolingo Plus, Anyone?
Hello again all. In my earlier post, I indicated that I was having trouble with Duolingo Plus, which is a paid add-on to basic Duolingo. The free app is quite accessible on both the Mac and iPhone, with some minimal frustrating exceptions. (On the Mac, for example, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replay spoken words and phrases, whereas replay is readily available on the iPhone. On the other hand, I cannot open new lessons on the iPhone, but I can practice after working the lessons on the Mac.) My frustration is with my inability to download lessons, which one can apparently only do with a mobile device. So is it completely accessible on the mac and just not accessible on the IPhone? This kind of sucks, I was really thinking about giving this a try myself, but maybe the app devs would be willing to work on accessibility. You're supposed to practice previous lessons after a while. There's a button to practice a lesson that needs work.
