Re: Issue with Mail app
I know folks get used to a particular mail app but I'd recommend you try Outlook for iOS. I'm still running iOS 14.8 but I'd be curious if the Outlook app under iOS 15 does the shenanigans you're describing. I know this is happening to me quite a lot since yesterday so I was just wondering if this is a known bug or if it’s just my phone. Keep in mind I had already backed out of the mail message last time I reviewed it but once I’ve closed the mail app and checked for other messages it lands me back into the message I had previously backed out of. Re: Issue with Mail app
Richard suggested doing the following let us know if it works for you. Once you have read your messages and are back in your inbox, do not exit mail, but return to your home page. Once on your home page, bring up the App Switcher and then exit Mail. When you then launch Mail, are you in a message then or your inbox? I agree it’s an annoying issue! Yes, I have experienced the same issue since upgrading to iOS15.
