Thanks! It really is. The last update of Windows 10, 1709, advertised that Narrator would have this ability in that version of Windows! Pretty awesome. After you take your picture, turn on Narrator. After Narrator, focus on the picture file, and press shift+caps lock+D. Narrator will use an on line service to describe the picture enough to know that you are in the picture. It told me something like: One person, a man, close up with dark hair.
