I found a work around four this problem today. If you go into the alerts just 
after you login you will be able to find one of your recent transactions. It 
doesn’t give you the full description but if you double tap on that you should 
be able to get your list of recent transactions. This work for me this morning. 
The alert screen does have some issues as well so you’ll have to swipe right 
and left till you find one of the transactions.

Nothing works. You can't even log out even when you are asked are you sure you 
want to log out. Erica does not work with the microphone.
This whole thing was poorly designed. First of all, what made them think that 
people necessarily wanted a voice like Erica? I could see this working for 
someone who can't use their hands. But this is not how this has been marketed.
What if you want to bank while you are in public? Now the world gets to hear 
what it is you are trying to do even if you have screen curtain turned on.
The only way I can comfortably bank is by phone.

The issue with the app is that once you double tap onto the account to see all 
of the transactions you are unable to. Yes the tabs are still at the bottom and 
by default the first tab is highlighted but you can't go through any 
transactions.

I used the Bank of America app the other day. I just flicked right until I got 
past the voice assistant stuff, and I was able to get to my account normally. 
Also, the tabs at the bottom of the page still work.

It is really a VoiceOver issue not a virtual assistant issue. I think the 
suggestion to try turning it off was to see if that helped at all. I could not 
find a way to turn it off.
I'd wait to see if they fix the app before using it.
I'm sending a separate message soon about Erica, the virtual assistant.

You can try going to the "Menue" tab then select "Profile and Settings". 
Scroll down to "Erica Virtual Asistant Settings" and try toggling Erica off.
