RE: U-verse
I would probably assume since I use the service that she is talking about the website. The website using safari or any of the windows web browsers is fairly accessible, I would not call it 100 percent, but probably 95 or higher. As for the App I don't know have never tried it, may do so now that people are saying they use it. -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Karen Poulakos Sent: Saturday, June 01, 2013 11:55 To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: U-verse I was talking with a lady from AT&T Wireless yesterday about subscribing to U-verse. RE: U-verse? - Re: Question rest Options
Hello Karen, Here is what I can tell you about the U-Verse in regarding to apps that they offer for the iPhone/iPad. U-verse http://www.applevis.com/apps/ios/utilities/u-verse As you read from the review for this particular app. This is the one where you could watch a selected few shows straight from your device. Unfortunately, it is not very accessible. I have tried this myself and was only merely disappointed. However, there is another app that U-verse puts out and it works very well. U-verse Easy Remote http://www.applevis.com/apps/ios/entertainment/u-verse-easy-remote If you go to this page. I have done a podcast on it for you to listen for yourself. This app does a great job letting you know what is on. Easily change channels and many other things. I really love this app very much. As for the Internet that they provide. I have been very happy with the service. I came from being a past time DSL, Time Warner Roadrunner, and trying other providers. This has been the most reliable for me. It does not share the bandwidth with other people like RoadRunner did. You have your own dedicated speed and I've seen it remain at that speed I bought every time I've tested it. So the U-verse has it Pros and Cons just like any other providers. I don't require much and for watching television with my Easy Remote. I'm a pretty happy camper. So you take the time to review the two app link that I have given you so that you can make that decision for yourself.
