Hi,

What this is saying is that you haven't backed up your iPad for two weeks or 
longer. What you need to do is go into settings, then to iCloud and then to 
back up. Here there will be a back up now. When you do this, your notification 
will go away.

I did, mine.  I had not created the folders my phone has due to time issues
so after I did the update I had it resort the home screens in alphabetical
order and it is working just fine.

Yes ma'am, I updated mine as well as my wife's. No issues at all in doing so 
either. Took me a few trys to get the software verified once I had it, but, 
it was quick & painless afterwords.

I agree with this. I would even upgrade myself if my iPhone is not jailbroken. 
Right now the tweaks and advantages I would lose from that are more than what I 
would gain from the new iOS six.
