Hello,
You don’t have to do anything. The keyboard will be in English if your iDevice 
is in English. It’s only the printing on the keyboard that’s different.

Yes, the keys from the left are FN, Control, Option, Command, Space Bar, 
Command, Option, and then the arrow keys.

Hello,
The layout is like the British English keyboard. I don’t know how it behaves if 
set to an American layout. I switch between the British and French layouts on 
my Mac all the time.
