Hello, I don't know why, but it happens to me too. You can try using hearphone . After you can go settings/general/accessibility and call audio routing, hope it is the good words. You will have many options. Hi, yes, I have already tried that, too no avail. I have spoken to Apple accessability who were very helpful. Try a three finger double tap. This turns speech on/off but leaves Voiceover running. You can use Voiceover with Braille without speech. I should add we do hear the usual swipe noises etc. If we use SIRI a second time it says Voiceover is already on. Is there anything that could be muting Voiceover but not anything else?
