Re: Creating a group in text messaging

You can import a CONTACTS group from a Windows e-mail client. Whether or not
this can be done from a Mac I cannot say because I, as of yet, do not have such
a fine personal computer.

Contacts does support groups, but you can't call or email a group in one go.
You can, however, send one message to everyone at once. So long as you don't
have your phone set to erase messages after a certain amount of time, you can
find that conversation later, open it, and send another message. It will go to
everyone you included, without you needing to type them all in again. WhyApple
hasn't just embraced groups is beyond me, but there you go. Hopefully someone
has a better idea.

Hello there,
I have a question. Is there a way of creating a group or list of people
within the text messaging area? I ask because if I need to do so, it would be
nice to send a text to all of my coworkers all at once if I'm going to be
absent or late or whatever. At this time, I have to type each of their names
when I'm going to make such a text. Can I put them all into a group and go at
it an easier way?

Thanks for any help.

Hi!
An option is to use a 3rd party app!
There is a few so maybe one of them might be useful!
Here’s a link to one of them see what you think!
