Are you able to answer your watch using the Bluetooth headset? I wish there
would be a way without wearing two headsets.

I like how if I'm running an NLS talking book through my iPhone and if I double
tap my iWatch to get the time or to look at the outside temperature the talking
book is paused. Granted, it may only be for a second or 2 but it's a nice
feature. I just wonder what new things we'll get with the next upgrade of the
watch software.

Re: First time trying bluetooth ear piece with Apple Watch

2016-03-06 Thread Alan Paganelli
I have both my Plantronics Legend and my iWatch paired to my iPhone 5s. I
never thought of parting my iWatch and running my iPhone and iWatch through my
Plantronics Legend. My wife mentioned that one of the doctors at work has both
an iPhone and an iWatch and runs both through the ear peace for privacy so I
figured I'd give it a shot myself. The big advantage is I can hear my iPhone
or my iWatch with out bothering other people around me.

Hi,

I can't offer any guidance, but I can tell you that with my Plantronics Voyager
Legend I often have it successfully ppaired with both my iPhone 6 running iOS
9.2.1 and my AppleWatch running the current WatchOS, and tapping my Watch will
give me the time while pausing or overriding what is being read or streamed
from the iPhone.

Subject: First time trying bluetooth ear piece with Apple Watch

Hi all,

I have a feeling my plantronics m50 might be too old for my watch. Anyone know
about this? I was trying the m50’s multipoint feature. Hoping I could have
the device connected to phone & watch. So far, I’m not successful.

I’ve skimmed through the mail archives but haven’t found many answers. Is it
possible to have a single device connected to both?

If I disconnect my m50 from my phone, should my watch see it then?

Thanks for any guidance here.
