One is the camera, like you said, and the other one is for the back
microphone. The FaceTime camera is near the earpiece and proximity sensors,
but it's flush with the rest of the device, so you can't physically feel it.

think it would have to be on the front somewhere.

Whoops, I'm thinking of the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4/4S cases. Those 
definitely have the bigger circle window on the back right at the 
upper-center to show it off. I wasn't paying attention that this is in 
regards to the iPhone 5. My mistake.

The round hole  on back is only for the apple logo, and the one that's almost 
rectangular is the camera. The FaceTime camera is in the hole above the display 
on the front.

Well this is interesting. Some say it's for the logo, some say it's not. 
Since I don't have an iPhone 5 or the case for it, I can't really say. 
However based on past experiences with the Otter Box Defender cases for 
the iPhone 3GS and 4/4S, they've always had a larger circle hole on the 
back to display the Apple logo. But, since I don't have this particular 
case, what do I know...

If it is under the camera, it is the microphone in the back to
determine what is background noise so that it can cancel that out when
using Siri or ditacting.

I'm assuming, since I also have the audobox defender case on, that the round, 
concave opening on the back of the Ipad 2, on its "bottom," if you want, is the 
camera? I'm trying to learn the IOS both as a stand-alone and as paired with 
the Braille Edge, and taking a picture is one of those things I want to learn 
to do.
