I had been trying to have Prizmo read imported pdf files and found that the split tap while on the recognize button worked. So thanks for asking the question. I have had Prizmo and a Stand Scan for ages but am just now getting ready to start working with it. Hi Sandra Thanks for the tips. The only way I can sometimes get it to work is if I locate the recognise button on the top right, turn off voice over and then try to tap in the right place. Louise, I wrote about this recently: there does seem to be a bit of a problem with the way that voice-over sees some of the buttons in the Prizmo app. When you find the "recognise" button, you could try either of the following: firstly try and double tap in the same place where you found the button, which is at the top right. Secondly, you could try split tapping, I haven't tried this myself, but it requires that you leave your finger on the original button and double tap with another finger perhaps just beside it.
