This may help. Go to settings, phone, and swipe to incoming calls. Make sure full screen is checked. Try pressing the Power Button; that might display the keypad. If not, just open phone, go to Keypad and punch in numbers. Try asking Siri to make a speakerphone call which may help that issue. Has anybody shown you how to create a contact that incorporates commas which will let you automatically go through some of those menus.
