Make sure you're actually signed into your Bookshare account in Read2aGo by 
opening Read2Go, tapping settings then checking weather it says signed in or 
signed out. If it says signed out, then you'll need to sign in. If it says 
signed in, try signing out then back in. I know this sounds 
counterintuitive, but it typically resolves some issues along those lines.

your subscription.

Something similar happened with me a few months ago. I hadn't done much, 
coincidentally or otherwise, with books on the device I was having the problem 
on. The titles I was interested in showed up on my other device OK, and I 
could've downloaded them. I signed out of, uninstalled, and reinstalled read to 
go, log back in, and then everything worked the way it should.

Being that I use Voice Dream to read my Bookshare books, I can not answer your 
specific questions. But the following might help in the future. I never search 
for books within Voice Dream, rather, I use Safari to log into my account, and 
use Bookshare's search feature. If I find the book for which I am searching, I 
select the format I want, then tap the download button. When it finishes, Voice 
Dream is one of the options to open it. I no longer have Read To Go on my 
phone, but I'll bet it also would be one of the options to open your download.
