Hi, yes it is, but with Voice Dream, it never has come with the voice already installed when you get the app. You always have to download it. So, this is no different. -- Raul A. In the What's New information it says it is a new voice from NeoSpeach. It is not an iOS voice. It is also not free. Switch your rotor to headings, and then click down with one finger until you get to US English voices. That is the fastest way I know of to get to that voice. I've tried different voices and have so far found that the iOS female voice seems to be the best with speaking words in general. My opinion is that so far, James seems to be a very keeper. There are some things that run together but, that is due to punctuation and other things that have nothing to do with the voice. With respect to accurate pronunciation and good inflection, I'd say Bridget is worth the most. I've been using her for all my reading, and have been completely satisfied. I also find that of all the voices I've sampled, she sounds the least mechanical. I'm interested in comparing her to James, though, as they're both from neospeech. Shermeen On 12/4/13, Andrew J.
