Sorry, I am working from memory. Restore and repair iOS are essentially the same process. iTunes gets the latest version of iOS from Apple and installs it onto the iOS device. Back when I used a Windows machine four years ago, I believe the option was restore / repair. First try holding down the power button and the home button for 20 seconds. It will reset your phone with out deleting any of your settings. My iPhone 4 was acting wird and somebody told me to try this. I did and it fixed the problem. Are you trying to restore you're iPhone t factory settings? First go to the summary section then next tab to until you find restore iPhone then follow the process to restore the iPhone to the factory settings.
