We must be reading the lines differently.  I'm reading this on a desktop 
computer, & it sounds like, to me anyways, that this phone info below is the 
phone you received as a replacement:

Check your phone numbers to see if they match the numbers above.

iPhone 5s/SE, Flat Rate Repair, sounds to me like this same repair would 
cost the same for both the 5S & 5 S E.

Hi Simon,

It says “iPhone 5S GSM 32 Gb Gold”, the line where it says iPhone 5S/SE is in 
the place where they list the repair cost of $349 which you didn’t pay as it 
was covered under warranty. I assume they show it as iPhone 5S/SE because the 
repair cost for these two models would be the same since they are basically 
identical phones in terms of form factor/screen size.
