Awesome, how do you stop the video, you should have the option of either retaking it or saving it I think they say use the video. first of all, thank you, I didn't know I had a Shortcuts app, I was just looking in settings… however, after perusing the Shortcuts app, both in Shortcuts and gallery, I can't find reference to anything like emergency video or anything about a Videos! There is a preset one called "Emergency Video", but by default it sends a message to your contacts which says "I am getting pulled over" so you might want to change the shortcut so it doesn't do this.
