This may help. Go to settings, phone, and swipe to incoming calls. Make sure full screen is checked. Try pressing the Power Button; that might display the keypad. If not, just open phone, go to Keypad and punch in numbers. Try asking Siri to make a speakerphone call which may help that issue. Has anybody shown you how to create a contact that incorporates commas which will let you automatically go through some of those menus. Hello list When I make a call to a service where digits for options should appear on the screen, for example when I call the telephone banking service there are choices for 1 payments, 2 statements etc., the digits do not appear on the screen.
